| [目的] 分析探讨以李东垣“阴火论”辨治糖尿病的用药思路和配伍规律。[方法] 通过对中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中用“阴火”治疗糖尿病的病案进行检索，运用中医传承计算平台软件、Excel 2019软件，进行频次统计分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析，并对核心药物组合和组方规律进行分析并挖掘新处方。[结果] 共检索到相关文献254篇，筛选出目标文献75篇，包括相关处方84首，证型以脾气虚证为主，高频药物为黄芪(75次)，药味以甘味为主，且补虚药居多，多归脾经。设定置信度为0.60，支持度为50%，得到19组核心配伍，5类核心处方。[结论] 基于李东垣“阴火论”辨治糖尿病，治则以补中益气、甘温除热为主，还兼顾气、湿、热、痰等病理因素和脏腑协调。 |

| [Objective] To analyze medication ideas and compatibility rules of differentiation and treatment of diabetes based on LI Dongyuan，s “Yin Fire Theory” in modern clinical practice. [Methods] The prescriptions of “Yin fire” treating diabetes were searched through the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)， Wanfang and VIP using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform System and Excel 2019 software for frequency analysis， association rule and clustering analysis. The medication rules and core herb combinations of the prescriptions were analyzed and new prescriptions were found. [Results] Totally of 254 papers， 75 papers and 84 prescriptions were included. Syndrome type is mainly spleen Qi deficiency， the most frequently used herbs were Radix Astragali(Huangqi， 75 times)， the medicinal flavor was mainly sweet， most of which were deficiency tonic herbs， most herbs entered into the spleen meridian. The confidence level was set as 0.60 and the support level was set as 50%， 19 core compatibility groups were obtained and 5 categories were made cluster analyzsis. [Conclusion] Based on LI Dongyuan，s “Yin Fire Theory”， modern doctors diagnose and treat diabetes mainly by tonifying middle-jiao and Qi method， relieving fever with sweet-warm herbs， and taking into account the pathological factors of Qi， dampness， heat， phlegm and the coordination of Zang-fu organs as the treatment principle. |
