| [目的] 总结何若苹教授临床运用葛根药对的经验。[方法] 通过侍诊学习以及对典型医案的收集、整理，结合古今文献及现代药理学研究结果，总结何师临床使用的葛根相关药对及其辨证机制、应用特色，并举临床验案二则加以佐证。 [结果] 何师认为，葛根具有升发清阳、上通窍道、外发腠理、内和营卫、畅达四肢、分清化浊之诸效用，配伍川芎、丹参等能祛瘀活络；配伍桂枝、芍药能生津通脉；配伍石楠叶、天麻等能入脑通窍；配伍天花粉、生地黄等能升清降浊；配伍菟丝子能升发元阳、填补天癸。何师临床运用葛根及其药对治疗痹证、痉病、头痛、耳鸣、消渴、下利、闭经等多种疾病，均取得较满意的疗效。验案二则各参辨证，分别取葛根升发元阳，畅达气血之诸效，取得满意的临床疗效，并通过调整葛根用量，或取性或存用，使达药效。[结论] 何师临床重视在辨证指导下应用葛根药对，配伍经验独到，临床应用灵活，治疗效果显著，其经验值得推广和借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To introduce Professor HE Ruoping，s experiences in the application of Radix Puerariae drug pairs. [Methods] Through the way of clinical practice with teacher， clinical observation and arranging medical records， combine with ancient or modern literature and results of modern pharmacological studies， this paper systematically arranged Professor HE，s clinical experiences about drug pairs of Radix Puerariae， treatment ideas and application， and explained the characteristics of the treatment through cases analysis. [Results] Professor HE proposes that Radix Puerariae has the effects of raising the Yang， resuscitation， dispersing the pore， reconciling Ying and Wei， reaching the limbs， and distinguishing lucid and turbid. The combination of Radix Puerariae with Radix ligusticum wallichii and Radix salvia can dispel stasis and activate the collaterals； Radix ramulus cinnamomi and Radix Paeoniae Alba can produce fluids and promote vascular circulation； Folium Photiniae and Radix Gastrodia can open the upper consciousness； Radix Cadices Trichosanthis and Radix Rehmanniae Recen can lift lucid Yang and lower turbid Yin； Cuscuta chinensis can raise the basic Yang and supplement Tiangui. Professor HE is good at using Radix Puerariae to treat arthralgia syndrome， convulsive disease， headache， tinnitus， diabetes， diarrhea， amenorrhoea， and satisfactory curative effects are achieved. Through cases， based on syndrome differentiation， using the effects of raising the Yang or unblocking the Qi and blood， which achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy. Moreover， by adjusting the amount of Radix puerariae， Professor HE uses the nature or retains the benefit to achieve curative effect. [Conclusion] Professor HE pays attention to the application of Radix puerariae drug pairs under the guidance of syndrome differentiation， with unique compatibility experience and flexible clinical application， for the remarkable treatment effect， and the experience is worth to use for reference and promotion. |
