| [目的] 分析总结杨传华教授治疗高血压的思路。 [方法] 通过随师临诊，整理医案，总结杨教授临床预防及治疗高血压的经验，以藏象理论、血脉理论、络脉理论为出发点，总结治疗高血压的理论，并附一验案予以佐证。[结果] 杨教授认为，肝、脾、肾三脏为高血压疾病的病机核心，且青年在肝，以调肝为主；中年在脾，以健脾为要；老年在肾，以补肾为需。并提出从微观脉道和血脉理论方面治疗高血压疾病的新思路，认为络脉的异常可直接从微观结构上造成血压的异常，而气病是高血压的始动因素，血病是高血压的加重因素，脉病是高血压病的病理变化，并在此基础上提出“血脉病”的新概念，在临床诊疗方面取得重大突破。验案中患者肝肾亏虚，机体阴阳失衡，气血逆乱而致淤血等病理产物阻于血脉，属肾虚血瘀证，治疗以补肾填精，活血化瘀为主。[结论] 杨教授从“肝脾肾-血脉-络脉”三方面出发，依托临床诊疗经验和现代研究，为高血压的治疗提供了新见解、新思路。 |

| [Objective] To analyze and summarize Professor YANG Chuanhua，s theories on the treatment of hypertension. [Methods] By learning from the teacher， tidying medical records， analyzing the literature， this paper summarized Professor YANG，s clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of hypertension， and summarized the theory of treating hypertension by taking the viscera manifestation theory， the theory of blood vessel and the theory of collateral vessel as the starting point， and attached a test case to support it. [Results] According to Professor YANG， the liver， spleen and kidneys are the core of the pathogenesis of hypertension， and the liver is the mainstay of youth， the spleen is the mainstay of middle age， and the kidneys are the mainstay of old age. Professor YANG proposes a new idea of treating hypertension from the pulse and blood vessel theory， believing that abnormalities in the collateral vessel can directly cause abnormalities in blood pressure from the microscopic structure， while Qi disease is the initiating factor of hypertension， blood disease is the aggravating factor of hypertension， and pulse disease is the pathological change of hypertension， and on this basis he proposes a new concept of “blood vessel disease”， which has made a significant breakthrough in clinical treatment. In the case， the patient，s liver and kidney deficiency， imbalance of Yin and Yang in the organism， and rebellion of Qi and blood， resulting in stasis of blood and other pathological products blocking the blood vessels， belonged to kidney deficiency and blood stasis， and the treatment was based on tonifying the kidney and filling essence， activating blood and removing stasis. [Conclusion] Professor YANG provides new insights and ideas for the treatment of hypertension based on clinical experience and modern research from three aspects: liver， spleen， kidney-blood vessel-collateral vessel. |
