| [目的] 考证《宁坤秘笈》引用丹溪文献的情况，分析两者间的学术关联。 [方法] 通过文献研究的方法，对《宁坤秘笈》引用丹溪(包括丹溪学派)文献的情况进行摘录，并考证其出处，总结其学术观点。[结果] 《宁坤秘笈》全文自言共引丹溪文献十一处，均在卷中《产后生化汤论》篇，其引用文献主要包括三方面:阐发产后治法及调护，包括产后宜大补气血，不可发表，多真虚假实证；引丹溪治方或医案三则；对丹溪之论提出补充和质疑两处。经考证，其出处确有可循，确引自丹溪文献的共八处，其余三处文献的出处有待进一步考证。阐发的学术内容主要为产后病的治则、治法、治方和禁忌等。 [结论] 《宁坤秘笈》在《产后生化汤论》篇多处引用丹溪文献，阐发其治疗产后病主张大补气血，同时重辨虚实、忌发表的学术观点，体现了其治疗产后病宗丹溪气血理论的学术特色。 |

| [Objective] To make textual research on Danxi literature cited in Ningkun Miji， and to analyze their academic relationship. [Methods] Through the method of literature research， this paper excerpts the references of Danxi(including Danxi school) in Ningkun Miji，verifies its source and summarizes its academic views. [Results] Ningkun Miji claimed that the full text quoted a total of 11 Danxi literatures， all of which were in The View of Postpartum Shenghua Decoction in the medium volume. The cited literature mainly include three aspects: elucidating postpartum treatment and nursing， including postpartum Qi and blood should be greatly replenished， sweating method should not be used， and there was more syndromes of true deficient diseases with excessive manifestation； three prescriptions or medical records of Danxi were introduced， and two questions and supplements to the theory of Danxi were put forward. After textual research，there were 8 references from Danxi literature； and the other 3 needed further investigation. The academic contents of this book mainly include the treatment principles， methods， prescriptions and taboos of postpartum diseases. [Conclusion] Ningkun Miji quoted Danxi literature in many places in The View of Postpartum Shenghua Decoction to explain his academic views that he advocated to greatly replenish Qi and blood in postpartum disease， and at the same time， emphasized the syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess， and avoided sweating method， which reflected his academic characteristics of following Danxi，s Qi and blood theory in treating postpartum disease. |
