[目的] 利用现代信息技术,对《通俗伤寒论》“病因脉证治”辨治体系进行梳理与展示,探析俞根初的临证思维和学术思想。[方法] 采用知识元标引方法,将《通俗伤寒论》证治各论内容解析到知识元、语义层次,并建立语义关联,将标引所得内容转变为结构化数据,经共指消解、语义消歧等步骤后,导入Neo4j图数据库中构建知识图谱,通过标引数据及图谱,对书中所蕴含的辨治体系进行探析。 [结果] 《通俗伤寒论》证治各论共提取89个知识体,其中包含1 778个知识元、6 288个语义、1 765条语义关联,知识密度较大,知识元以辨证、方剂、治法、病机、主脉最多,语义以证候表现、药物、病因病机、方剂、剂量最多,语义关联以药制量关系、辨治关系、证象关系、方药关系、脉机关系最多,并以之为基础构建包含5 364个节点、8 651个关系的知识图谱。 [结论] 《通俗伤寒论》以层次分明的病证结构为中心,因、舌、脉、症合参细化辨证,并进行灵活的分层次、分阶段治疗。知识元标引与知识图谱结合可实现书中动静态诊疗知识的精准获取、整合与展示,为挖掘俞氏辨治体系提供了新的思路。 |

[Objective] To sort out and display the system of differentiation and treatment of cause, pulse, syndrome and treatment in Common Treatise of Febrile Disease by using modern information technology, and to explore YU Genchu,s clinical thinking and academic thought. [Methods] By using the method of knowledge element indexing, the contents of syndrome and treatment of Common Treatise of Febrile Disease were analyzed for the knowledge element and semantic level, and the semantic correlation was established, and the indexed contents were transformed into structured data. After the steps of co-referential resolution and semantic disambiguation, the knowledge graph was introduced into the Neo4j diagram database to construct the knowledge graph, and the differentiation and treatment system contained in the book were analyzed by indexing data and graph. [Results] A total of 89 knowledge bodies were extracted from each theory of syndrome and treatment, including 1 778 knowledge elements, 6 288 semantics and 1 765 semantic relatives, the knowledge density was relatively high, and the knowledge elements were mainly syndrome differentiation, prescription, treatment, pathogenesis and main pulse, the semantic features were syndrome expression, medicine, etiology and pathogenesis, prescription and dose, and the semantic correlation was mainly drug, processing method and dose relationship, syndrome differentiation and treatment relationship, syndrome and image relationship, prescription and medicine relationship, pulse and pathogenesis relationship, etc., and based on it, the knowledge graph which contained 5 364 nodes and 8 651 relationships was constructed. [Conclusion] Common Treatise of Febrile Disease focuses on the hierarchical structure of disease and syndrome, with detailed syndrome differentiation of cause, tongue, pulse and syndrome, and flexible hierarchical and stage-by-stage treatment. It also shows that the combination of knowledge element indexing and knowledge graph can realize the accurate acquisition, integration and display of dynamic and static diagnosis and treatment knowledge in the book, and provide new ideas for mining YU,s diagnosis and treatment system. |
