| [目的] 总结张修斋先生1962—1964年治疗流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)的经验，为临床治疗乙脑提供借鉴。 [方法] 搜集有关1962—1964年菏泽地区乙脑流行情况的文献资料及张修斋先生乙脑治疗医案等资料，利用文献学研究方法进行分析总结，分析1962—1964年菏泽地区乙脑流行情况以及张先生对乙脑辨证分型的认识、制方用药经验，并列举一则医案作为佐证。[结果] 张先生认为，乙脑的发病类型与气候变化关系密切，当时菏泽地区乙脑流行以暑温症和湿温症为主。张先生根据卫气营血进行辨证，采用清热、化湿、开窍、息风的治疗原则，兼以滋阴、化痰。张先生守正创新，化裁银翘散、竹叶石膏汤、清瘟败毒饮、甘露消毒丹等经典名方，制订出协定处方，临床疗效显著；针对偏热、偏湿等症状对症用药，应用紫雪丹、安宫牛黄丸等中医急救药物，有效治疗意识障碍；同时注重药物服用方法，病后防复。所举医案为暑温重症，风邪留络，张先生以竹叶石膏汤加搜风药进行治疗，搜风活血，护阴通络，并结合针刺疗法，获得良好疗效。[结论] 张先生治疗乙脑，以清热、化湿、开窍、息风为主要治疗原则，化裁古方，灵活加减，确有实效，其治疗经验可为临床提供借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the experience of Master ZHANG Xiuzhai in treating epidemic encephalitis b from 1962 to 1964， so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of epidemic encephalitis b. [Methods] Through collecting literature on epidemic situation of epidemic encephalitis b in Heze area from 1962 to 1964 and Master ZHANG’s medical records on epidemic encephalitis b treatment， the literature data are analyzed and summarized using the literature research methods. This paper describes the epidemic situation of epidemic encephalitis b in Heze area from 1962 to 1964， analyzes Master ZHANG’s understanding of epidemic encephalitis b syndrome differentiation and prescription medication experience， and lists a medical case as evidence. [Results] Master ZHANG believed that the disease type of epidemic encephalitis b was closely related to climate change. At that time， the epidemic encephalitis b was mainly of summer febrile syndrome and dampness-warm syndrome. Master ZHANG identified the syndrome based on the theory of Weiqi Yingxue and took clearing heat， transforming dampness， opening orifices and dispelling wind as the therapeutic principles combined with nourishing Yin and resolving phlegm. Master ZHANG maintained tradition and innovation and formulated agreement prescriptions on the basis of famous classical formulas such as Yinqiao Powder， Zhuye Shigao Decoction， Qingwen Baidu Drink， Ganlu Xiaodu Pellet， etc.， which had significant curative effect. In view of the symptoms of partial heat and dampness， Master ZHANG used different traditional Chinese medicines for different syndromes and applied first-aid drugs of traditional Chinese medicine such as Zixue Pellet， Angong Niuhuang Pills， etc.， which treated disturbance of consciousness efficiently. At the same time， he paid attention to the methods of taking medicine and the prevention of disease recurrence. The medical record was severe summer febrile disease， and wind evil remained in the collaterals. Master ZHANG treated with Zhuye Shigao Decoction with wind-surfing herbs， searching the wind and invigorating the blood， protecting Yin and clearing the collaterals， and combined with acupuncture therapy to obtain good results. [Conclusion] Master ZHANG treated epidemic encephalitis by taking clearing away heat， removing dampness， opening orifices and relieving wind as the main treatment principles， modified ancient prescriptions flexibly and got good effects. Master ZHANG’s treatment experience can provide reference for clinical practice. |
