      [目的] 比较分析不同产地於术和白术的挥发油成分,明确差异化合物,为考证於术种源提供依据。[方法] 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取於术和白术挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrography,GC-MS)法对挥发油成分进行鉴别分析,用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量,采用聚类分析(cluster analysis,CA)法、主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)法和正交偏最小二乘判别分析(orthogonal partial least squares-discrimination analysis,OPLS-DA)法寻找於术和白术的差异性成分。[结果] 不同产地於术和白术挥发油中共分析鉴定出54种化合物,其中共有化合物32种,占各组成分的89%以上,组间差异最大的为於潜朱湾村样品,它与其他白术挥发油的特征性差异成分为苍术酮、大根香叶烯B、γ-芹子烯、4'-环己基苯乙酮、β-香根草烯、异桉油烯醇、β-芹子烯。[结论] 於术和白术的挥发油化学组成相似,但含量有所差异,朱湾村於术挥发油主要化合物的含量远高于其他白术。於潜朱湾村样品为道地於术种源的可能性更大。

      [Objective] To compare and analyze the constituents of volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephalacv. Yuzhu and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. from different producing areas, identify the differential compounds and provide basis for provenance identification of Atractylodes macrocephalacv. Yuzhu. [Methods] The volatile oils of Atractylodes macrocephalacv. Yuzhu and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. were extracted by steam distillation. The constituents of the volatile oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrography(GC-MS). The relative contents of the chemical components were calculated by area normalization method. The cluster analysis(CA), principal component analysis(PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA) methods were used to screen out the differential components. [Results] Fifty-four compounds were identified from the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephalacv. Yuzhu and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz., 32 compounds were common, accounting for more than 89% of the total components in each group. The largest difference between groups was found in the sample from Yuqian Zhuwan village, and the characteristic differential components of the sample from Yuqian Zhuwan village and others were atractylon, germacrene B, γ-selinene, 1-(4-cyclohexylphenyl) ethanone, β-vetivenene, isospathlenol, β-selinene. [Conclusion] It can be seen that the chemical composition of volatile oil from different producing areas are similar, but there are some different in content. The content of the main compounds in the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephalacv. Yuzhu from Zhuwan Village was much higher than others. The samples from Yuqian Zhuwan village were more likely to be provenances of Atractylodes macrocephalacv. Yuzhu than other samples.
