| [目的] 总结分析陆启滨教授临床诊治子宫内膜息肉的经验。[方法] 通过跟随陆教授参与临床诊疗工作，收集整理典型病例，从病因病机、临证辨治及处方用药等方面对陆教授诊治子宫内膜息肉的经验进行总结，并附医案一则以佐证。[结果] 陆教授认为，瘀滞贯穿于子宫内膜息肉病程始终，其形成多与脏腑功能紊乱、冲任失调相关。临床上常可见湿热瘀结、寒湿瘀滞、气滞血瘀三种证型，治疗重在化瘀散结，佐以清利、温经、行气以治其标，补肾健脾、疏肝宁心以治其本。扶正与祛邪并用，顺应周期性胞宫藏泻规律而治，并结合饮食、起居、情志调摄，疗效显著。文末所举验案为湿热瘀结型子宫内膜息肉，陆教授以清热利湿、化瘀散结着手，结合周期调治，并善言开导患者，终得良效。[结论] 陆启滨教授治疗子宫内膜息肉，以化瘀散结为治疗原则，兼顾心肝脾肾，扶正祛邪，标本同治，中西互参，效果显著，值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize and analyze Professor LU Qibin‘s experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps. [Methods] Through following Professor LU in clinical work， collecting typical cases， Professor LU‘s experiences in the treatment of endometrial polyps were summarized in terms of etiology and pathogenesis， clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment， and prescription medication， and it attached a medical case for evidence. [Results] Professor LU believes that stasis runs through the course of endometrial polyps， and its formation is mostly related to the dysfunction of viscera and the disorder of Chong and Ren Channels. Clinically， there are usually three types such as dampness-heat and blood stasis， cold dampness stasis， Qi stagnation and blood stasis. The treatment focuses on removing blood stasis and dispersing stagnation， accompanied by clearing dampness and heat， warming meridian， and promoting the circulation of Qi to treat its symptoms； tonifying the kidney and spleen， soothing the liver and calming the heart to treat its root. It is effective to strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors， and to comply with rhythm of accumulation and diarrhea in the uterus， combined with diet， daily living and emotional adjustment. The case mentioned at the end of the article was the endometrial polyp of dampness-heat and blood stasis. Professor LU started with clearing heat and dampness， removing blood stasis and dispersing stagnation， combined with periodic treatment， and talked to the patient with advice and guidance， and finally achieved good results. [Conclusion] Professor LU Qibin‘s treatment of endometrial polyps is based on the treatment principle of removing blood stasis and dispersing stagnation， taking into account the heart， liver， spleen and kidney， strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors， treating both symptoms and root causes， and interaction with Chinese and western medicine. The effect is remarkable， which is worthy of reference. |
