| [目的] 通过收集并分析含马钱子的内服中成药处方的用药特点，为马钱子的合理用药提供参考。[方法] 收集2020年版《中国药典》和《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·中药成方制剂》中含有马钱子的内服中成药处方，借助Excel、SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 26.0软件对处方进行频次统计、关联分析和聚类分析。[结果] 最终共收集内服处方99首，涉及中药264味，其中包括高频中药52味，药味以苦、辛、甘为主，药性以温、平、寒为主，主要归肝、脾经。主治疾病以痹证、创伤类疾病为主，治疗痹证处方的关联规则分析得到54种药物组合，聚类分析可将药物分为8类；治疗创伤类疾病处方关联规则分析得到27种药物组合，聚类分析分为5类。[结论] 含马钱子的内服处方中，常以马钱子配伍活血化瘀药、祛风湿药和补虚药，在以血瘀为基本病机的痹证和创伤类疾病的治疗中应用甚广。 |

| [Objective] To provide reference for rational medication use of Strychni Semen by collecting and analyzing the characteristics of oral Chinese patent drugs containing Strychni Semen. [Methods] The prescriptions of oral Chinese patent drugs containing Strychni Semen in 2020 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Composition Principles of Chinese Patent Drugs were collected， and the frequency statistics， correlation analysis and cluster analysis of prescriptions were performed by Excel， SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software. [Results] A total of 99 oral Chinese patent drugs prescriptions containing Strychni Semen were collected， involving 264 Chinese drugs， including 52 kinds of high frequency Chinese drugs， with main medicinal herbs of bitter， pungent and sweet， main properties of warm， gentle and cold， main meridians of liver and spleen， and main indications of arthralgia syndrome and traumatic diseases. In the treatment of arthralgia syndrome， 54 drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis， and the drugs were divided into 8 categories by cluster analysis； in the treatment of traumatic diseases， 27 drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis， and the drugs were divided into 5 categories by cluster analysis. [Conclusion] The internal prescriptions containing Strychni Semen， Strychni Semen are often combined with blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs， rheumatism-removing drugs and deficiency-tonifying drugs， which is widely used in arthralgia syndrome and traumatic diseases with blood stasis as the basic pathogenesis. |
