| [目的] 介绍何若苹教授使用百合地黄汤的心得。[方法] 通过侍诊学习以及对典型医案的收集、整理，并以5则医案为例，阐述何师对百合地黄汤的见解及使用经验。[结果] 百合地黄汤能驱邪热，通过扶正补虚，而治疗脑瘤迁延发热；百合地黄汤善清余热，能清热生津，从而改善病毒性发热的预后；百合地黄汤能祛燥热，通过金水相生以治消渴；百合地黄汤可解瘀热，通过清热化瘀、安神除烦，从而治疗郁病不寐；百合地黄汤可除潮热，能壮水制火，从而改善乳腺癌内分泌治疗后的潮热汗出。[结论] 何师善用百合地黄汤治疗热证，经配伍能驱邪热、清余热、祛燥热、解瘀热、除潮热，要点在于掌握“虚”“热”的关键病机，凡辨证得当，病虽不同，均可用之。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor HE Ruoping‘s experience of using Baihe Dihuang Decoction. [Methods] Through the way of clinical practice with teacher， collecting and sorting typical medical records， taking five medical cases as examples， this paper expounds Professor HE's opinion and application experience of Baihe Dihuang Decoction through the analysis of medical cases. [Results] Baihe Dihuang Decoction can eliminate pathogenic heat， by strengthening the body and tonifying the deficiency， so as to cure the persistent fever of brain tumor； Baihe Dihuang Decoction can clear the waste heat， by clearing heat and generating fluid， so as to improve the prognosis of viral fever； Baihe Dihuang Decoction can eliminate dryness heat， through the interaction of metal and water， so as to cure diabetes； Baihe Dihuang Decoction can relieve stagnated heat， by clearing away heat and removing blood stasis， calming mind and removing annoyance， so as to treat depression and insomnia； Baihe Dihuang Decoction can eliminate heat flashes， by strengthening water and restraining fire， so as to treat heat flashes and sweating after endocrine therapy for breast cancer. [Conclusion] Professor HE is good at using Baihe Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of heat syndrome， which can remove pathogenic heat， clear waste heat， eliminate dryness heat， relieve stagnated heat and eliminate heat flashes through compatibility. The key point is to master the key pathogenesis of “deficiency” and “heat”， as long as syndrome differentiation is appropriate， Baihe Dihuang Decoction can be used， even if the disease is different. |
