| [目的] 探究浙派名医林胜友教授对肺癌发病的认识和以风药入方的临床特色。[方法] 通过侍诊学习及文献研读，分析林师对肺癌病因病机演变的认识及辨治用药的学术经验。[结果] 林师认为，内风暗旋是肺癌的病机关键，一则早期脏腑阴阳气机不相顺接，阳气亢逆，贼风伏肺；二则癌毒久踞，劫夺机体气血津液以自养，诸虚以生，加之寒湿、郁火、痰瘀等病理产物的堆积，引动内风，数邪相合，流窜全身。因此，治法方面，林师以风治风，灵活运用风药发散祛邪、调血治气、引药入经、补益增效的多重功效，在化疗后虚劳、放射性肺炎、鼻后滴漏综合征、肺结节诸病的治疗上屡获良效。[结论] 林师从“内风暗旋”理论出发，以辨证论治为核心，重视脏腑之间的关系和升降出入之道，运用风药治疗肺癌，理论依据充分，用药轻灵不伤正气，颇得仲景和缓之妙，值得吾辈学习探讨。 |

| [Objective] To explore Professor LIN Shengyou‘s understanding of pathogenesis of lung cancer and clinical experience of treating lung cancer with wind drugs. [Methods] Through clinical and literature study， this article introduced Professor LIN’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer and his academic experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment. [Results] Professor LIN believes that the endogenous wind rotation is the key to the pathogenesis of lung cancer. On the one hand， endogenous wind emerges due to hyperactive Yang Qi， then it hides in the lung. On the other hand， because of insufficient Yin， Yang， Qi and blood， along with the accumulation of pathological products such as stagnation of fire， phlegm and dampness， blood stasis is easy to trigger the endogenous wind. Being confronted with the diverse pathogenesis of lung cancer， Professor LIN grasps the key pathogenesis， that is endogenous wind， flexibly applies wind drugs treating fatigue after chemotherapy， radiation pneumonia， nasal drip syndrome， pulmonary nodules and other diseases， which turns out to be beneficial. [Conclusion] Advocating theory of “endogenous wind rotation”， Professor LIN takes syndrome differentiation and treatment as focus， attaches great importance to the relationship between the Qi movement of Zang and Fu. The applying of wind drugs in the treatment of lung cancer has solid theoretical basis， with such light medicines， without damage of the healthy Qi， which meets with ZHANG Zhongjing‘s thoughts， which is worth further study and discussion. |
