| [目的] 探讨闽北书商编刊医书的类型、特点、目的和价值。[方法] 通过文献调查法，检索相关论文、书籍、档案、文件、目录等资料，直接阅读涉及的中医古籍；并在实地考察的基础上，对搜集的闽北书商编刊医书的资料进行鉴别和整理，提炼归纳出所要讨论的类型、特点、目的和价值相关内容。[结果] 以相关研究的论文和专著为主体，参考各类文献资料，本文认为闽北书商编刊的医书大致可以分为编纂自著、类编成书和纂书合刊3种类型，医者型和商业型书商各有侧重。在此基础上结合古籍阅读和当地走访发现，这些医书具有尊经尚典、编排新颖、图文并茂的编刊特点，而书商的目的有二:通过编刊和贩卖医书得利、留下自己的传世医书。闽北书商编刊的医书对推动当时医药卫生事业的发展与进步、中医药文化的对外传播以及现代中医药学术研究具有重要价值。[结论] 闽北书商通过编刊医书盈利，在此过程中不同类型的书商各有侧重，最终形成了极具地方特色的编刊特点。同时，闽北书商编刊的大量医书客观上推动了当时医药卫生事业的进步和对外传播，对于现代中医研究也具有重要的现实意义。 |

| [Objective] To explore the types， characteristics， purposes and values of medical books published by publishers in Northern Fujian. [Methods] Information was collected through literature survey， retrieving relevant papers， books， archives， documents， directories and other materials， reading the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine， and combining the basis of on-the-spot investigations. Afterwards， this paper identified and sorted out the materials and contents， then refined and summarized the types， characteristics， purposes and values of the collected information. [Results] Based on relevant research papers and monographs， and referring to various literature， the published books can be broadly divided into three types， such as self-written compilation， classified books and combined books. Different publishers such as concerning medical usage and commercial interests， have their own emphasis. On this basis， combined with ancient books reading and local visits， this paper found that these medical books have the characteristics including advocating classics， novel arrangement， and implying both pictures and texts are gradually generated. And there are two purposes for publishers to compile medical books， including to benefit from compiling and selling medical books， and to leave their own handed down medical books. Those medical books published in Northern Fujian have significant value in promoting the development and progress of medical and health undertakings at that time， the external dissemination of traditonal Chinese medicine culture and the modern academic research of traditonal Chinese medicine. [Conclusion] Publishers in Northern Fujian made profits by compiling medical books. Accompanying with the actions， different types of publishers had their own unique emphasis， and finally formed the editorial characteristics with local features. Meanwhile， the compilation and publication of medical books by publishers in Northern Fujian dramatically promote the progress and external popularization of medical and health undertakings， and have important practical significance for the traditional Chinese medicine research in contemporary times. |
