| [目的] 介绍浙派针灸流派灸法的学术发展脉络及技法特色。[方法] 通过研究浙江灸法发展史料，整理各流派传承家谱，探寻基于不同学术及地域特点，具有鲜明特色的浙派针灸流派灸法学术分支。[结果] 浙派针灸流派灸法以严氏、施氏、高氏、罗氏传承脉络相对清晰完整，以化脓灸、温针灸、铺灸为特色，具有一脉相承、代有传人、法从典出、理源于经、融会贯通、守正创新的特点。[结论] 挖掘浙派针灸中的灸法分支，整理其理论来源、发展创新、技法要点、后世影响等，对扩大浙派针灸的治疗范围，推广浙江特色灸法的临床应用具有积极意义。 |

| [Objective] To introduce the academic development of moxibustion and the characteristics of techniques of Zhejiang traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) school of acupuncture and moxibustion. [Methods] By studying the historical data of the development of moxibustion in Zhejiang， organizing the genealogy of each school， this study explored the academic branches of moxibustion in Zhejiang TCM school of acupuncture and moxibustion with distinctive characteristics based on different academic and regional characteristics. [Results] It was found that the moxibustion method of Zhejiang TCM school of acupuncture and moxibustion is relatively clear and complete with YAN’s， SHI’s， GAO’s， and LUO’s lineages of inheritance， featuring blistering moxibustion， warm needle moxibustion， and spreading moxibustion， with the characteristics of one lineage， succession from generation to generation， method from the canon， theory from the scriptures， integration and innovation. [Conclusion] This study excavated the branches of moxibustion in Zhejiang TCM school of acupuncture and moxibustion， including its theoretical origin， development and innovation， the main points of techniques， and the influence of later generations， which have positive significance for expanding the therapeutic scope of Zhejiang moxibustion method and promoting the application of Zhejiang characteristic moxibustion method in clinical practice. |
