| [目的] 探讨急性气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者采用张氏百草伤膏联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗的效果。[方法] 采用回顾性研究方法，收集2021年5月至2022年5月杭州市富阳中医骨伤医院门诊保守治疗的80例急性气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的资料，根据治疗方式将其分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组予以身痛逐瘀汤治疗，实验组予以张氏百草伤膏联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗，疗程为3周，对比两组腰腿痛程度视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale，VAS)评分、腰椎功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index，ODI)、日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopedic Association，JOA)评分及治疗总有效率。[结果] 经过3周的治疗，实验组和对照组腰腿痛VAS评分及ODI评分均明显降低(P<0.01，P<0.01)，且实验组明显效果优于对照组(P<0.01，P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者JOA评分均有所提升(P<0.01)，且实验组水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组治疗有效率97.50%，明显优于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。[结论] 采用张氏百草伤膏联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗急性气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症，能够缓解患者腰部及下肢疼痛，改善患者腰椎功能，提高患者生活质量。 |

| [Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of ZHANG’s Baicao Ointment combined with the Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. [Methods] Totally 80 cases of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected， and divided into experimental group and control group by random allocation，40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction plus ZHANG’s Baicao Ointment， while the control group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction， both treated for 3 weeks. The visual analysis scale(VAS)， Oswestry disability index(ODI)， Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) Scores and total effective rates of treatment were compared between the two groups. [Results] There was a significant decrease in the scores of VAS and ODI in both groups after treatment(P<0.01， P<0.01)， and experimental group had better effect(P<0.01， P<0.01). There was a significant increase in the scores of JOA in both groups after treatment(P<0.01)， and the effect of experimental group was better than control group(P<0.01). The effective rate of experimental group was 97.50%， which was significantly better than 80.00% in control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] ZHANG’s Baicao Ointment combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis can relieve the pain of lumbar spine and lower limbs， improve patients’ lumbar function， and enhance the quality of life. |
