| [目的] 浅析“五脏皆令人痒”对针灸治疗选穴的指导意义。[方法] 通过中医古籍理论溯源和现代医学文献研究，总结痒证的病因病机、治则治法，从痒与五脏角度分析不同可能机制下的针灸治疗思路及临证选穴。[结果] 痒证病因病机复杂，治法多变，有风、湿、热、虫、虚及肿、溃疡之分；治疗上以脏腑经络辨证为主，根据病变所属脏腑经脉进行选穴配伍，以期达到气血和调、阴阳平衡之功。临证验案证明取得了较好的辨治效果。[结论] 基于脏腑与痒证的相关性，针灸临证辨治痒证应结合五脏的生理病理特点进行选穴治疗，可以取得良好的临床疗效。 |

| [Objective] To analyze the guiding significance of acupuncture point selection based on “Five Zang organs can cause itching”. [Methods] Through the theoretical tracing of ancient traditional Chinese medicine books and the research of modern medical literature， the etiology， pathogenesis and treatment methods of pruritic syndrome were summarized. Combined with pruritic syndrome and five Zang organs， the acupuncture treatment ideas under different possible mechanisms and the selection of clinical points were analyzed. [Results] The etiology and pathogenesis of pruritic syndrome are complex and varied， including wind， dampness， heat， insect， deficiency， swelling and ulcer. The treatment is mainly based on the syndrome differentiation of Zang-Fu and meridians and collaterals， and the combination of acupoints is carried out according to the corresponding meridians of Zang-Fu organs， in order to achieve the balance of Qi and blood and Yin and Yang. The clinical case proved that good treatment effect could be obtained. [Conclusion] Based on the correlation between Zang-Fu organs and pruritic syndrome， acupuncture and moxibustion should be combined with the physiologic and pathological characteristics of the five Zang organs for the treatment of pruritic syndrome， which can achieve good clinical effect. |
