| [目的] 总结刘新敏教授从痰湿瘀论治卵巢囊肿的学术经验。[方法] 通过跟师学习，收集临床医案，查阅相关书籍与文献，分析刘师对于卵巢囊肿病因病机演变及辨证论治思路的认识，总结临床常用药物，并附医案二则加以佐证。[结果] 刘师认为，卵巢囊肿并非单一致病因素所致，痰湿瘀阻为其标，其本为肾虚、肝郁、脾虚或寒凝。治疗以补肾、或健脾、或疏肝、或散寒为主，以达化痰祛湿活血的目的，结合软坚散结药物，并根据不同月经周期灵活加减，以消除囊肿。所举医案一证属肝郁气滞血瘀，刘师从肝论治，行气活血；医案二为脾虚痰湿阻滞，从脾论治，祛湿化痰，佐以行气活血，两者均为辨病与辨证结合，随症加减，临床终得良效。[结论] 刘新敏教授从痰湿瘀论治卵巢囊肿，灵活用药，疗效显著，可供临床参考。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor LIU Xinmin’s academic experience in treating ovarian cysts from phlegm dampness and blood stasis. [Methods] Through learning from teachers， collecting clinical medical records， consulting relevant books and literature， analyzing Professor LIU’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis evolution of ovarian cysts and the treatment idea based on syndrome differentiation， summarizing the common clinical drugs， and attaching two medical cases to support. [Results] Professor LIU believes that ovarian cyst is not caused by a single pathogenic factor， phlegm dampness and blood stasis are its superficiality， and its original is kidney deficiency， liver stagnation， spleen deficiency or cold condensation. Treatment should be tonifying the kidney， or invigorating the spleen， or soothing the liver， or dispelling cold mainly， to achieve the purpose of resolving phlegm， dispelling dampness and promoting blood circulation， combined with resolving hard lump drugs， flexible addition and reduction according to different menstrual cycles， in order to eliminate cysts. One of the medical cases mentioned was of liver stagnation， Qi stagnation and blood stasis， and Professor LIU treated from the liver to promote Qi and blood circulation. The second medical case was of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness block， which was treated from the spleen， dispelling dampness and eliminating phlegm， promoting Qi and blood circulation. Both of them were combined with disease and syndrome differentiation， adding and subtracting drugs with the syndromes， and good clinical effect was achieved eventually. [Conclusion] Professor LIU Xinmin’s treatment of ovarian cysts bases on phlegm dampness and blood stasis， with flexible medication， and has significant curative effect， which can be used for clinical reference. |
