| [目的] 总结马文辉教授治疗溢脉型脏躁的临床经验。[方法] 通过临床跟诊，收集医案，查阅文献，从病因病机、辨证要点，用药经验等方面总结马教授治疗溢脉型脏躁的经验，并运用两则医案进一步阐释马教授的辨证用药特色。[结果] 马教授认为，溢脉型脏躁虚实夹杂，以实为主，其核心病机是怒则气上引起的整体气血失调，强调以脉定证，以协调整体气血为治则，采用调和气血、平亢安神、疏肝泄火等方法辨证施治，以调神平亢汤加减化裁治疗本病。文中所示两则医案辨证为肝火郁结及瘀血阻滞，总以协调整体气血为要，分别配合疏肝解郁安神及活血化瘀行气，疗效明显。[结论] 马教授治疗溢脉型脏躁，突出情志症状和脉诊的辨证意义，根据临床证候的不同灵活加减，对缓解症状，提高患者生活质量疗效显著，可有效指导相关疾病的中医辨治，值得推广学习。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor MA Wenhui in the treatment of overflow pulse type hysteria. [Methods] Through following clinical work ， collecting clinical cases，consulting literature， Professor MA’s experience in treating overflow pulse type hysteria was discussed from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis， key points of syndrome differentiation and treatment was concluded. Additionally， diagnosis and treatment characteristics were further expounded through case analysis. [Results] Professor MA believes that overflow pulse type hysteria is mixed with deficiency and excess， and the treatment focuses on excess. The core pathogenesis of it is the overall imbalance of Qi and blood caused by anger， and emphasizes the differentiation of syndromes from the pulse. The treatment focuses on the coordination of the whole Qi and blood， and the main treatment method is to harmonize the Qi and blood， calm the nerves and soothe the liver and relieve fire， and Tiaoshen Pingkang Decoction is used to treat this disease. The two cases shown in the article are mainly characterized by stagnation of liver fire and blood stasis block. The?treatment?concentrated?on harmonizing Qi and blood， and respectively treated by soothing the liver， relieving depression， calming nerves and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and promoting Qi circulation. The curative effect was obvious. [Conclusion] Professor MA Wenhui’s treatment of overflow pulse type hysteria highlights the differentiation of emotion symptoms and signs of pulse， with flexible addition and subtraction according to different clinical symptoms， which can relieve symptoms and improve the quality of patients’ life. It can effectively guide the differentiation and treatment of related diseases in traditional Chinese medicine that is worth promoting and learning. |
