| [目的] 通过相关古籍文献考证，全面认识小儿推拿特定穴“三关”的应用规律，以正确指导临床实践。[方法] 通过整理研究小儿推拿经典古籍和现代文献，从特定穴“三关”的以下几个方面进行详细剖析，包括穴位名称、定点位置、手法操作、功效主治、相关配伍、现代临床应用以及作用机制，多方位深入了解该穴。[结果] 归纳古籍发现，三关的名称、定位和操作存在争议，普遍认为穴性为温热，有温阳散寒、补虚扶弱之效，常与六腑配伍合，用于寒热错杂、虚实夹杂之证。现代医家认为，该穴有温阳散寒、补虚扶弱、助气和血、培补元气、熏蒸取汗的作用，临床可用于小儿多系统病变的治疗，尤其是五脏中肺系、脾胃、肾系疾病，效果显著。但是目前对于作用机制的研究较少，温阳散寒机制可能与神经调节、免疫应答等有关，熏蒸取汗、补虚扶弱等机制有待研究。[结论] 小儿推拿三关穴功效卓著，古今广泛用于临床多种小儿疾病的治疗，受医家推崇备至。全面了解该穴，准确指导辨证施术，才能发挥其最佳临床疗效。 |

| [Objective] To understand the pediatric massage specific point “San Guan” application and correct the guidance of clinical practice by consulting the relevant ancient books and literature. [Methods] Through sorting out and studying pediatric massage classic ancient books and modern literature from the specific acupoint “San Guan” in the following aspects of the detailed analysis， including the acupoint name， fixed location， technique operation， efficacy and primary treatment， related compatibility， modern clinical application and action mechanism. [Results] It is controversial to summarize the name， positioning and operation of the “San Guan” in ancient books. It is generally believed that “San Guan” with the effect of warming Yang and dissipating cold， replenishing deficiency and strengthening weakness， and often used with the “Liu Fu” for syndrome of cold-heat complex and intermingled deficiency and excess. Nowadays， doctors believe that the point has the effect of warming Yang and dissipating cold， replenishing deficiency and strengthening weakness， helping Qi circulation and harmonizing blood， especially reinforcing original Qi， promoting sweating to release external evil， which clinically can be used for the treatment of multi-system lesions in children， especially in the lung， spleen and stomach， kidney system diseases， the effect is remarkable. However， there are few studies on the mechanism of “San Guan”， and mechanism of warming Yang and dissipating cold may be related to neuroregulation and immune response， and other mechanisms such as promoting sweating to release external evil， replenishing deficiency and strengthening weakness need to be studied. [Conclusion] The effect of pediatric massage specific point“San Guan” is outstanding， ancient and modern widely used in the clinical treatment of various pediatric diseases， and highly respected by doctors. Only by fully understanding the point and accurately guiding the syndrome differentiation operation can its best clinical effect be exerted. |
