| [目的] 对《金匮要略》“百合病见于阳者，以阴法救之”条文进行辨析，从而更好地阐释百合病治则，解决历代对本条文认知不清的问题。[方法] 通过对该条文义理的分析，并考《小品方》《千金要方》与本条所论相近之条文，再考仲景大论“阴阳”之本意，概括总结其文本中的错误。[结果] 历代对本条文中阴阳的解释多种多样，如寒热、表里等，但均无法解决条文中两组阴阳前为寒热后为表里，前后不一的问题。而在唐以前医籍《小品方》《千金要方》中相关条文记载与《金匮要略》并不一致，均写作“见于阴而以阳法攻之”，其逻辑更为清晰，文理更为融贯。又通过对仲景理法的分析，如阴病十八阳病十八的论述，发现仲景著作中的辨证体系是建立在阴阳指代表里的基础上。[结论] 通行版《金匮要略》中“百合病见于阳者，以阴法救之”的条文不能阐发百合病的治疗原则，推测有关本条文的记述存在错简。 |

| [Objective] To differentiate validity of the clause that “using principle of Yin to cure Baihe disease with Yang syndromes” in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber， in order to explain the treatment principles of Baihe disease better and solve the problem about the misunderstanding of this clause in the last several centuries. [Methods] By analyzing the meaning of this clause first， collating the corresponding clauses in Xiaopin Prescriptions and Qianjin Prescriptions， then researching the original meaning of the Yin-Yang theory of ZHANG Zhongjing， finally gathering the mistake in the clause of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. [Results] There are various interpretations of Yin-Yang in this clause， such as cold and heat， exterior and interior， etc. However， none of them can solve the problem of the inconsistency between the two groups of Yin-Yang in the text， the former being cold and hot and the latter being exterior and interior. And the corresponding clauses in Xiaopin Prescriptions and Qianjin Prescriptions were investigated that they were different from the clause of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and more coherent. Through the analysis of Zhongjing’s theory and method， it was found that the syndrome differentiation system in Zhongjing’s writings is based on that Yin-Yang refers to exterior and interior. [Conclusion] The clause that “using principle of Yin to cure Baihe disease with Yang syndromes”in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber of general version can not explain treatment principles of baihe disease， extrapolating that the clause in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber of general version has some mistake. |
