| [目的] 考证民国时期防治猩红热的中医药科普作品《温疹述要》的作者身份、生平及版本信息、学术影响力，分析其学术特色及形成因素。[方法] 以文献考据法及文献研究法交叉分析考证与《温疹述要》作者相关的文献档案，梳理家族关系及生平履历；以文献考据法、逻辑分析法研究《温疹述要》序言、后记及其他相关文献中的人物信息、医事记录，推测其版本信息及影响范围；以内容分析法及思辨法勾联作者生平履历与《温疹述要》内容，分析《温疹述要》学术特色的形成因素。[结果] 《温疹述要》作者袁励桢，字植丞，为江苏常州武进阳湖左氏、袁氏与四川成都华阳曾氏的后代，清末著名女医曾懿长子；历任清代江西、湖北官员及民国中国银行奉天分行、东三省分行经理；1926年著成《温疹述要》，并由患者在民间传播，为猩红热防治作出了贡献；袁励桢的生平经历投射于其辨治思维和医德医风中，表现出灵活务实、细致周全、体恤仁爱的特点。[结论] 《温疹述要》学术特色与其作者生平事迹、时代背景密切相关，不仅对现代传染病防护及健康科普工作有一定启示指导作用，也为探索医家成长模式，挖掘龙江医派建国前的医事资料提供了线索。 |

| [Objective] To do textual research on the author’s identity， career， as well as the version information and academic influence of the propagate science work which named Chinese Medicine Summary of Scarlet Fever for the prevention and treatment of scarlet fever during the Republican Period and analyze the work’s academic characteristics and background. [Methods] The author’s identity and career were verified by literature research and textual research; the version information and scope of influence were studied by textual research and logical analysis on the preface， postscript and other related documents of the work; the formation factors of the work’s academic characteristics were analyzed by content analysis and speculation on the conections between the author’s career and the work. [Results] YUAN Lizhen， the author of Chinese Medicine Summary of Scarlet Fever， with the character of Zhicheng， was a descendant of the ZUO family， YUAN family in Changzhou， Jiangsu Province and the ZENG family of Huayang in Chengdu，Sichuan Province， as well as the eldest son of ZENG Yi， who was a famous female Chinese medical doctor in the late Qing Dynasty. YUAN served as an official in Jiangxi and Hubei in the Qing Dynasty and the manager of Fengtian Branch， Eastern Branch of the Bank of China in the Republican Period. In 1926， he completed Chinese Medicine Summary of Scarlet Fever， which was spread by his patients. His work had made contributions to the prevention and treatment of scarlet fever. YUAN’s identity and career had projected into his medical thinking and ethics， including flexibility， pragmatism， meticulousness， and compassion. [Conclusion] The academic characteristics of Chinese Medicine Summary of Scarlet Fever were closely related to the author’s life and the background of the times. This research not only had a guidance on digging epidemic prevention and modern publicity of modern health science from historical documents，but also provided clues for exploring the growth model of doctors and digging medical information of Longjiang traditional Chinese medicine school before Chinese independence. |
