| [目的] 基于五运六气生治及承制关系，探析癸卯年妇科疾病的发生及诊治规律。[方法] 运用五运六气理论，推演癸卯年运气变化及六淫消长，结合女性生理病理特征，推测值年各阶段妇科病的发生情况，并基于此探讨防治方法。[结果] 经推演，癸卯年运气为阳明燥金司天，少阴君火在泉，中间少徵火运，其特点为岁火不及，气温偏寒，气候不与季节应，使淫邪丛生，以寒、燥、火为主。女性经、带、胎、产均易受外淫相扰，故癸卯年多发妇科疾病。癸卯年妇科疾病的发生在五运及六气的不同阶段各异，应根据运气与环境变化施以不同防治之法，通过推演运气变化指导临床诊疗。[结论] 癸卯年妇科病多发，通过推演五运六气可为妇科疾病的防治提供参考。 |

| [Objective] To explore the occurrence and treatment of gynecological diseases in the year of Guimao based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. [Methods] Using the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors to deduce the changes of climates and the rules of the six pathogenic factors in the year of Guimao， combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of women， the occurrence of gynecological diseases in this year is speculated， and the prevention and treatment methods are discussed based on this. [Results] According to the calculation， host evolutive phase in 2023 is Shaozhi， the celestial managing Qi is Yangming Zaojin， and the Qi in the earth is Shaoyin Junhuo. Its characteristics are that the fire of the year is not enough， the temperature is cold， and the climate is not in accordance with the season， which makes the pathogenic factors abound， mainly pathogenic cold， dampness and fire. Women’s menstruation， leucorrhea， pregnancy and childbirth are easily disturbed by pathogenic factors， so gynecological diseases occur frequently in the year of Guimao. Gynecological diseases occurr in different stages of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the year of Guimao. Different prevention and treatment methods ware applied according to changes in environment， and clinical diagnosis and treatment ware guided by deducing changes in doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. [Conclusion] Gynecological diseases ware frequent in the year of Guimao， it can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases by deducing the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in year of Guimao. |
