| [目的] 通过数据挖掘，分析王永钧教授治疗IgA肾病的处方用药特点及规律，以期为IgA肾病的治疗提供思路。[方法] 纳入2017年1月至2022年11月在浙江中医药大学附属杭州市中医院门诊经王永钧教授诊治的IgA肾病的病案资料，录入Excel 2010软件建立数据库并规范术语，通过SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS 26.0等软件进行数据挖掘，分析中药频次、关联规则及聚类等，研究其临床用药特点。[结果] 共纳入病例852例，处方3 429首，涉及中药309味，用药总频次45 225次，其中黄芪、当归、白芍等为高频中药，用药药性以温、平、寒为主，药味以甘、苦、辛为主，归经以肝、脾、肾经为主，功效以补虚、活血化瘀、清热为主。关联规则分析得到11个核心药物组合，聚类分析提取到3个聚类方。[结论] 王永钧教授治疗IgA肾病以益气养阴(血)为主，辅以活血消癥、祛风湿、补肾固精，具有平调阴阳、消补兼施的特点。 |

| [Objective] To analyze the regularity and characteristics of Professor WANG Yongjun’s prescription medication in the treatment of IgA nephropathy based on data mining， and to provide clinical ideas for the treatment of IgA nephropathy. [Methods] Clinical data of patients with IgA nephropathy diagnosed and treated by Professor WANG Yongjun in outpatient department of Hangzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2017 to November 2022 were included. The clinical data was entered into software Excel 2010 in order to establish a database and standardize terminology. SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 26.0 were used for data mining to complete frequency， association rules and cluster analysis of Chinese herbs， and to study the clinical medication characteristics. [Results] A total of 852 patients with 3 429 prescriptions were included， involving 309 Chinese herbs， and the total frequency of medication was 45 225 times. Among them， Radix Astragali seu Hedysari， Radix Angelicae Sinensis， Radix Paeoniae Alba were high-frequency Chinese herbs. The properties were mainly warm， mild and cold. The herbs tastes were mainly sweet， bitter and pungent. The meridians were mainly liver， spleen and kidney meridians. The effects were mainly deficiency tonifying， blood activating and blood stasis removing， and heat clearing. Association rule analysis yielded 11 core herbs combinations， and cluster analysis extracted 3 clustering prescriptions. [Conclusion] Professor WANG Yongjun treats IgA nephropathy by tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin and blood， combined with promoting blood circulation， dispelling wind-damp， tonifying the kidney and strengthening essence， which has the characteristics of balancing Yin and Yang， combining dispelling and tonifying. |
