| [目的] 分析施维群教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎的用药经验及规律。[方法]选取2021年8月至2022年8月浙江中医药大学附属第二医院施教授门诊诊治的慢性乙型肝炎患者病案，经规范化后建立数据资料表，使用Excel 2016软件进行药物频次及性味归经分析；采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件的Apriori算法进行关联规则分析；使用SPSS 26.0软件对频次≥30的高频药物进行聚类分析，以探索其核心用药。[结果] 药物频次最多的前10味是当归、甘草、麸炒白术、柴胡、炒白芍、白花蛇舌草、茯苓、水泽兰、砂仁、广金钱草，药性统计中以温性频次最高，平性、寒性次之；以归肝经药物频次最高，脾、胃、肾次之。关联规则共得出18对药对组合，而药物关联网络分析得出柴胡、甘草、麸炒白术、当归存在强关联。聚类分析共得出5个核心处方，其中含二至丸、四物汤、逍遥散等经典名方以及自拟方芪灵合剂等。[结论] 施教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎，注重肝脾肾三脏的调护，以补肾健脾养肝、扶正解毒为主，在扶正的基础上针对不同的兼夹症状和湿、郁、瘀、虚等不同病机状态，灵活配伍药物以调和阴阳气血和脏腑气机。 |

| [Objective] To analyze Professor SHI Weiqun’s experience and rule of medication in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. [Methods] The medical records of chronic hepatitis B patients treated by Professor SHI in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected. After standardization， data tables were established. The frequency of drugs and the nature and taste of drugs were statistically analyzed using Excel 2016 software; Apriori algorithm of SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the association rules of drugs; SPSS 26.0 software was used to cluster the high-frequency drugs with frequency≥30 to explore their core drugs. [Results] The top 10 drugs with the highest frequency were Angelica sinensis， Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch， Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz， Radix Bupleuri， Paeoniae Radix Alba， Hedyotis diffusa Willd， Poria cocos， Herba Penthori Chinensis， Amomum villosum Lour， Desmodium styraci folium. In the statistics of drug properties， the frequency of warm was the highest， followed by mild and cold， the frequency of drugs in the liver channel was the highest， followed by the frequency of drugs in the spleen， stomach and kidney. A total of 18 pairs of drug combinations were obtained from association rules， while the drug association network analysis showed that there were strong associations among Radix Bupleuri，Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch， Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and Angelica sinensis. Five core prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis， including Erzhi Pill， Siwu Decoction， Xiaoyao Powder and self-made Qiling Mixture. [Conclusion] Professor SHI pays attention to the regulation and care of the liver， spleen and kidney in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B， focusing on tonifying the kidney， strengthening the spleen， nourishing the liver， and strengthening the body and detoxifying. On the basis of strengthening the body， he can flexibly mix drugs according to different symptoms， dampness， depression， blood stasis， deficiency and other different pathogenesis states to regulate the Yin and Yang， Qi and blood， and viscera Qi activity. |
