| [目的] 分析中医药改善肿瘤患者免疫功能的用药规律及组方特点。[方法] 检索中国知识资源总库、万方数据知识服务平台、中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库，筛选中医药改善肿瘤患者免疫功能的临床研究文献，纳入处方中药，建立数据库，对中药性味、归经、功效进行频次统计，对高频中药进行关联规则分析及聚类分析，并挖掘高频中药组合。[结果] 共纳入186首处方，涉及中药256味，频次2 250次。使用频次>20次的中药共24味，前3位为黄芪、茯苓、白术；中药药性主要为寒、温、平，药味主要为苦、甘、辛，归经主要为肝、肺、脾经，功效分类以补虚药、清热药为主。关联规则分析得到核心药对7个，核心药组43个；聚类分析得到5类处方。[结论] 中医药改善肿瘤患者免疫功能以扶正祛邪为原则，扶正以益气为主，有气虚、气血、气阴的偏重；祛邪治标类中药则偏重于清热化痰、理气活血。 |

| [Objective] To explore the medication laws and characteristics of prescriptions for improvement of immunologic function in tumor patients. [Methods] Clinical literature about traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment for improvement of immunologic function in tumor patients was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)， Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform， Chinese Periodical Database(VIP)， Chinese Biomedical Literature Database， and herbal prescription database was established. The herbs and their properties， flavors and meridian tropism were studied by frequency statistics. Meanwhile association rule analysis and systematic cluster analysis of high-frequency herbal medicine were carried out. [Results] Totally 186 prescriptions were involved， including 256 herbs， with a total frequency of 2 250 times. Twenty-four herbs had the frequency>20， the top 3 herbs included Astragalus membranaceus， Poria cocos， Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. The herbs properties were mainly cold， warm and flat， and the tastes was mainly pungent， sweet and bitter; the meridians mainly entered the liver， lung and spleen meridians; the efficacy was mainly heat-clearing and deficiency-supplementing. The association rule analysis yielded 7 core herb pairs and 43 core herb groups， the cluster analysis yielded 5 categories of prescriptions. [Conclusion] The principle of TCM improves immunologic function of tumor patients by strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors. Based on strengthening body resistance， Qi deficiency， Qi and blood， and Qi Yin are emphasized. TCM for eliminating pathogenic factors and treating symptoms focuses on clearing heat and resolving phlegm， regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation. |
