| [目的] 总结全国名老中医何嘉琳教授运用膏方诊治围绝经期综合征的临床特色经验。[方法] 分析二则临床典型医案，总结何教授应用膏方诊治围绝经期综合征的辨证思路与遣方特色。[结果] 何教授认为，围绝经期综合征以脏腑阴阳失调、功能减退和气血虚弱为主要病机特点，临证主张调脏腑、理阴阳、益气血等对症治疗，同时注重心理疏导，强调身心同调。文中所附医案分别属于绝经前期肝肾阴虚型和绝经后期心肾不交型，何教授分别治以调补肝肾和交通心肾，兼顾调理脏腑阴阳气血，辨证论治，终得良效。[结论] 何教授运用膏方治疗围绝经期综合征，从调脏腑、理阴阳、益气血入手，辨证细腻准确，方大效宏，临床效果显著，值得临床借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioner HE Jialin in using herbal paste formula to treat perimenopausal syndrome. [Methods] Attaching two typical cases studies of medical records， this paper summarized the thinking and medication characteristics of Professor HE in using herbal paste formula to treat perimenopausal syndrome. [Results] Professor HE defines Zang-Fu organs Yin-Yang disharmony， dysfunction， Qi-blood deficiency as the primary factors in the development of perimenopausal syndrome. To address these issues， clinical interventions should focus on restoring the balance of these organs， reestablishing Yin-Yang equilibrium and enhancing Qi-blood vitality， while also prioritizing mental well-being and fostering a holistic approach for health. The accompanying cases studies illustrate two common manifestations of this condition: liver and kidney Yin deficiencies during the pre-menopausal phase and heart-kidney discord during the post-menopausal stage. These two representative cases provided insight into the management of the condition. Professor HE tonifies the liver and kidney， connects heart and kidney， takes into account the regulation of Yin-Yang， Qi-blood， and treats according to syndrome differentiation， and finally achieves good effects. [Conclusion] Aiming at regulating the Zang-Fu organs functions， balancing Yin-Yang and nourishing Qi-blood， Professor HE uses herbal paste formula to treat perimenopausal syndrome， with precise syndrome differentiation， large and effective formula and remarkable curative effect， which is worthy of clinical reference. |
