| [目的] 基于数据挖掘，探讨李平教授治疗冠心病合并焦虑的组方用药规律。[方法] 收集李平教授治疗冠心病合并焦虑的医案，建立医案数据库，采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件的Apriori算法，对符合标准的中药进行聚类分析和关联规则分析。[结果] 共纳入处方225首，使用药物多为温性、平性和寒性药，五味多分布在甘味、苦味和辛味；单味药使用频次最高的是郁金，使用最多的药物类别是清热化痰、宁心安神、利胆退黄、行气解郁类药物。聚类分析得到7个结果，关联规则得出使用频率最高的药对为石菖蒲-郁金、郁金-石菖蒲和麸炒枳壳-郁金+石菖蒲。[结论] 李平教授认为“痰热”“瘀”病机在冠心病合并焦虑的发展中发挥了重要作用，治疗冠心病合并焦虑强调调理中焦脾胃的重要性，善用清热化痰、行气解郁、开窍宁神的药物，注重调脾护心、调和气血、调理心神。 |

| [Objective] To explore the prescription and medication regularity of Professor LI Ping in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety. [Methods] The medical records of Professor LI Ping in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety were collected， a medical record database was established， and Apriori algorithm of SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for cluster analysis and association rules analysis of traditional Chinese drugs that met the standards. [Results] A total of 225 prescriptions were included. Most of the used drugs were warm， flat and cold. Among the five flavors， sweet， bitter and pungent flavors were mostly distributed. The most frequently used single-flavored drug was Curcuma Aromatica Salisb， and the most frequently used drug category was clearing heat and resolving phlegm， calming the mind and tranquilizing the spirit， inducing bile and removing jaundice， promoting Qi circulation and relieving depression. Seven results were obtained through cluster analysis; the most frequently used drug pairs were Acorus Tatarinowii-Curcuma Aromatica Salisb， Curcuma Aromatica Salisb-Acorus Tatarinowii. and Citrus Aurantium L.-Curcuma Aromatica Salisb+Acorus Tatarinowii. [Conclusion] Professor LI Ping believes that the pathogenesis of “phlegm-heat” and “stasis” plays an important role in the development of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety. The treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety emphasizes the importance of regulating the spleen and stomach of the middle-Jiao， and making good use of drugs for clearing heat and resolving phlegm， promoting Qi and resolving depression， opening orifices and calming the mind， and paying attention to regulating the spleen and protecting the heart， harmonizing Qi and blood， and regulating the mind. |
