[目的] 探索全过程进阶式的中医经典能力提升策略,提升学生中医经典能力,以提高中医学专业人才培养质量。[方法] 构建“通识入门-精学强基-融合临证”的全程贯通、分段进阶的中医经典课程体系,完善中医经典课程网络资源建设,探索线上线下结合的混合式教学模式,建立“读诵研悟用”中医经典能力提升途径,创新教学评价激励机制,课程课堂贯通,理论实践联通,教师与学生互动,提升中医经典学习成效。[结果] 中医学类专业学生在全国中医经典能力等级考试和中医水平测试中,中医经典课程的掌握率名列全国前茅,理解和应用层次上较改革前有明显提升。[结论] 课程为核心、课堂为关键、实践为重点的全过程进阶式中医经典能力提升策略,能有效激发学生学习中医经典的兴趣,培养学生中医思辨思维,最终助力学生提高运用中医经典解决临床问题的能力,有效推动中医人才传承经典能力的培养。 |

[Objective] To explore the advanced strategy of improving the classic ability of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the whole process, and to promote the classic ability of TCM students, so as to improve the training quality of TCM professionals. [Methods] To construct a classic curriculum system of TCM, which is “Introduction to general knowledge---intensive learning and solid foundation---integration of diagnosis and treatment”, to perfect the construction of network resources of TCM classic courses, explore the mixed teaching of online and offline combination mode, establish a way to improve the ability of TCM classics of “reading, studying, researching and using”, innovate the incentive mechanism of teaching evaluation, integrate courses and classes, link theory and practice, and make teachers and students interact with each other to improve the effectiveness of classic learning of TCM. [Results] Students majoring in TCM ranked first both in the National Examination of Classic Ability of TCM and the Test of TCM Level. The level of understanding and application was significantly improved compared with that before the reform. [Conclusion] Taking the whole-process advanced strategy of improving the ability of TCM classics with curriculum as the core, classroom as the key and practice as the focus can effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning TCM classics, cultivate students’ critical thinking of TCM, help students improve their ability to solve clinical problems by using TCM classics, and finally promote the cultivation of the ability of TCM talents to inherit classic works of TCM. |
