| [目的] 总结孙占学教授辨治结节性痒疹的临证经验。[方法] 通过跟师学习，收集和分析孙教授治疗结节性痒疹的医案，归纳总结孙教授对该病病因病机的认识和诊治思路，并附加医案一则佐证。[结果] 孙教授认为结节性痒疹的关键病机是痰瘀互结，阻滞肌肤。基于此病机，治疗应以化痰活血软坚为大法，同时重视虫类药物的使用，结合患者症状及舌脉进行加减，使痰瘀之邪得消，坚实之结得散。所举医案为痰瘀互结型结节性痒疹，以化痰、活血、软坚三法为治则，前期以化痰为主，后期增活血之功，临床疗效显著。[结论] 孙教授从化痰活血、软坚辨治结节性痒疹疗效显著，其经验可为中医临床治疗结节性痒疹提供参考。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor SUN Zhanxue in treating prurigo nodularis. [Methods] By clinical follow-up learning， collecting and analyzing the medical cases of Professor SUN’s treatment of prurigo nodularis， this paper summarized Professor SUN’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and his clinical ideas on the treatment， and added a medical case as proof. [Results] Professor SUN believes that the key pathogenesis of prurigo nodularis is phlegm and blood stasis intertwined， which blocks the skin. Based on this pathogenesis， the treatment should be based on eliminating phlegm， promoting blood circulation and resolving hard lump. At the same time， attention should be paid to the use of insect drugs， combined with the patient’s symptoms and tongue and pulse， so that the evil of phlegm and stasis can be eliminated and the solid knot can be dispersed. The medical case was of prurigo nodularis with phlegm and blood stasis intertwined， which was treated with three methods of eliminating phlegm， promoting blood circulation and resolving hard lump. It mainly eliminated phlegm in the early stage， while promoting blood circulation in the later stage， and achieved remarkable clinical effect. [Conclusion] Professor SUN treats prurigo nodularis by means of eliminating phlegm， promoting blood circulation and resolving hard lump， with remarkable therapeutic effect， which can provide reference for the clinical treatment of prurigo nodularis in traditional Chinese medicine. |
