| [目的] 总结黄平教授运用黄连阿胶汤治疗月经后期的临床经验。[方法] 通过跟师临证，医案整理，并结合文献检索与访谈研究，回顾黄平教授运用黄连阿胶汤治疗月经后期的临证思路与化裁经验，系统总结其在“心肾-中焦-子宫”月经周期节律脏腑分层调节模型指导下治疗月经后期的学术特色，并附医案加以佐证。[结果] 黄平教授运用气机升降理论阐释了黄连阿胶汤的方义，并在“下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴”理论与“心-肾-子宫轴”学说影响下，结合气机学说，提出“心肾-中焦-子宫”月经周期节律脏腑分层调节模型，在该模型指导下运用黄连阿胶汤据证化裁治疗月经后期，执简驭繁。文中所附医案在“心肾-中焦-子宫”月经周期节律脏腑分层调节模型指导下运用黄连阿胶汤化裁治疗，终获良效。[结论] 黄平教授在“心肾-中焦-子宫”月经周期节律脏腑分层调节模型指导下，运用黄连阿胶汤治疗月经后期，为月经后期的治疗提供了新思路，也扩大了经方的适用范围，具有鲜明的学术特色，值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor HUANG Ping’s clinical experience in treating late menstruation with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction. [Methods] By following the teacher for clinical certification， sorting out medical records， and combining literature search and interviews， Professor HUANG’s clinical thinking and experience in treating late menstruation with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction were reviewed， and his characteristic treatment of late menstruation under the model of “heart kidney-middle Jiao-uterine” menstrual cycle rhythm Zang-Fu stratified regulation was systematically summarized， taking medical records as evidence. [Results] Professor HUANG explains the meaning of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction by using the theory of Qi movement rises and falls， and under the influence of the theory of “hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis” and the theory of “heart-kidney-uterus axis”， combining the theory of Qi mechanism， proposes the model of “heart kidney-middle Jiao-uterine” menstrual cycle rhythm Zang-Fu stratified regulation， and under the guidance of this model， Huanglian Ejiao Decoction is used to treat the late menstrual period according to the syndrome and to control the complexity. The attached medical case was treated with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction under the guidance of the model of “heart kidney-middle Jiao-uterine” menstrual cycle rhythm Zang-Fu stratified regulation， and finally achieved good results. [Conclusion] Professor HUANG uses Huanglian Ejiao Decoction to treat late menstruation according to the model of “heart kidney-middle Jiao-uterine” menstrual cycle rhythm Zang-Fu stratified regulation， which provides a new idea for the treatment of late menstruation， and also expands the scope of application of classical prescriptions. It has distinctive academic characteristics， and its clinical experience is worth learning. |
