| [目的] 从《黄帝内经》营卫理论出发，探讨血痹证治及病传规律，拓展临床思路。[方法] 基于《金匮要略》与《黄帝内经》原文，旁参《诸病源候论》《备急千金要方》《神农本草经》等相关文献，通过文献研究探讨血痹证治机制，挖掘血痹与相关疾病的病传脉络，拓展血痹理法的应用范围。[结果] 《内经》详论营卫理论，强调营卫血气本源为一，化用有别；仲景重视营卫辨证，善以脉症候营卫病机，同时审查表里三焦，明辨病传机要。基于营卫理论，血痹在病机上属太阴中风病传，以营弱卫虚为基础，治以宣通阳气、和营通痹；在病传层面，根据营卫三焦之损益，血痹可病传上焦之肺痿、胸痹，中焦之虚劳、寒疝，下焦之妇人杂病等诸疾，其治法方药皆从桂枝汤衍化。[结论] 运用营卫理论可以帮助理解血痹证治机制，完善血痹病传相关疾病的理法脉络，有助于拓展相关疾病的辨证思路与治法方药。 |

| [Objective] To explore the syndrome， treatment and transmission regularity of blood arthralgia， and expand clinical thinking based on the Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi theory of Huangdi Neijing. [Methods] Through literature research such as Synopsis of the Golden Chamber， Huangdi Neijing， General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases， Emergency Invaluable Prescriptions for Ready Reference and Shennong’s Herbal Classic， the treatment mechanism of blood arthralgia syndrome and the disease transmission path of related diseases are excavated， so as to expand the application scope of blood arthralgia theory. [Results] Huangdi Neijing discusses the theory of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi in detail， emphasizing that Ying-Qi， Wei-Qi， Qi and blood come from the same source， but have different functions. Zhongjing attached great importance to the differentiation of Yingwei syndrome， good at the pathogenesis of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi disease with pulse symptoms， at the same time reviewed the outside and the tri-Jiao， distinguished the disease message. Based on the theory of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi， the pathogenesis of blood arthralgia belongs to the disease transmission of Taiyin stroke， which is based on the deficiency of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi， and the treatment is to promote free flow?of Yang Qi， harmonize Ying-Qi and?relieve?stagnation. In terms of disease transmission， according to the profit and loss of tri-Jiao， Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi， blood arthralgia can be transmitted to the pulmonary asthenia and chest pain of upper-Jiao， consumptive disease and cold hernia of middle-Jiao， cold hernia， and women’s miscellaneous diseases of lower-Jiao. The treatment methods and prescriptions are derived from Guizhi Decoction. [Conclusion] The application of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi theory can help to understand the treatment mechanism of blood arthralgia syndrome， improve the theory and method of blood arthralgia disease transmission related diseases， and help to expand the syndrome differentiation ideas and treatment methods of related diseases. |
