      [目的] 编制新时代背景下的中医师岗位胜任力量表,并对该量表在中医师群体中的信度和效度进行检验。[方法] 采用便利抽样法,于2022年7月至9月,选取浙江省杭州市3所三级甲等中医院的316名中医师进行问卷调查,进行信度和效度检验。于2022年10月至11月选取浙江省杭州市3所三级甲等中医院的333名中医师进行问卷调查,进行验证性因子分析。[结果] 中医师岗位胜任力量表包括6项维度(专业知识、专业技能、沟通能力、科研能力、态度及价值观、自我形象),52项条目。量表的条目内容效度指数0.81~1.00,量表水平内容效度指数0.95。各维度克朗巴赫系数0.814~0.967,重测信度0.868~0.974、分半信度0.793~0.929。验证性因子分析提示,近似误差均方根(root-mean-square error of approximation,RSEMA)小于0.08、均方根残差(root-mean-square residual,RMR)小于0.05,增值拟合指数(incremental fit index,IFI)、塔克-刘易斯指数(Tucker-Lewis index,TLI)、比较拟合指数(comparative fit index,CFI)均大于0.900。[结论] 中医师岗位胜任力量表具备较好的信效度,可为中医师的考评、培养等方面提供参考。

      [Objective] To develop a job competency scale for Chinese medicine practitioners in the context of the new era and to test the reliability and validity of the scale in a group of Chinese medicine practitioners. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted using convenience sampling method to examine the reliability and validity of the scale among 316 Chinese medicine practitioners selected from three tertiary level-A Chinese medicine hospitals in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province from July to September 2022. A questionnaire survey was conducted from October to November 2022 with 333 Chinese medicine practitioners from three tertiary level A Chinese medicine hospitals in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, selected for validated factor analysis. [Results] The Chinese medicine practitioners job competency scale included 6 dimensions (professional knowledge, professional skills, communication ability, research ability, attitude and values and self-image) and 52 entries. The content validity index of the scale ranged from 0.81 to 1.00, and the scale-level content validity index of the scale level was 0.95. The item-level content validity index of each dimension ranged from 0.814 to 0.967, the retest reliability ranged from 0.868 to 0.974, and the split-half reliability ranged from 0.793 to 0.929. The confirmatory factor analysis of the root-mean-square error of approximation(RSEMA) was less than 0.08, the root-mean-square residual(RMR) was less than 0.05, and the incremental fit index(IFI), the Tucker-Lewis index(TLI) and the comparative fit index(CFI) were all greater than 0.900. [Conclusion] The Chinese medicine practitioners job competency scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a reference for the evaluation and training of Chinese medicine practitioners.
