| [目的] 总结章勤教授对于异位妊娠腹腔镜术后患者的助孕策略。[方法] 通过门诊跟师学习，研读中医古籍文献，分析总结章师治疗异位妊娠腹腔镜术后患者的思路与用药特点，并列举医案一则予以佐证。[结果] 章师认为，异位妊娠病机多责之冲任不畅，少腹血瘀，调治多分为三期而论，术后初期以清热祛瘀，内外合治；中期以补肾调经，畅络助孕；后期孕成，多加监测，佐以安胎。文末所附一则医案为异位妊娠腹腔镜下单侧输卵管切除的患者，章师结合三期之特点，按期论治，终得孕成。[结论] 章师对于异位妊娠腹腔镜术后患者的助孕经验独到，针对术后各时间节点及不同手术方案采用相应治则，内外合参，温通疏补，辨证安胎，疗效显著，为临床治疗此类疾病提供了新思路。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor ZHANG Qin’s strategy for assisted conception in post-laparoscopic surgery patients for ectopic pregnancy. [Methods] Through outpatient consultation with teachers and reading ancient Chinese medicine literature， the thoughts and medication characteristics of Professor ZHANG in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy post-laparoscopic surgery were analyzed and summarized， and a medical case was cited as evidence. [Results] Professor ZHANG believes that the pathogenesis of ectopic pregnancy is mostly responsible for unsmooth Chong and Ren channels， blood stasis in the abdomen， and the treatment is divided into three phases: the early postoperative phase， remove heat and blood stasis， combined internal and external treatment; the middle phase， tonify the kidney and regulate menstruation， and smooth the channels to help pregnancy; and the late pregnancy， more enhanced monitoring， and supported by the fetal anabolism. The medical case attached was a patient of ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy， Professor ZHANG combined with the characteristics of the three phases， treated according to the phases， and finally the patient got pregnant. [Conclusion] Professor ZHANG has unique experience in treating post-laparoscopic surgery patients with ectopic pregnancy， adopting corresponding treatment rules for each postoperative time point and different surgical plans for patients， combining internal and external references， warming， dredging and tonifying and identifying the evidence to secure the fetus， with remarkable therapeutic effects， which has helped such patients to conceive again smoothly， providing new ideas for the clinical treatment. |
