| [目的] 在社会医学史视角下，探讨战乱对《太平惠民和剂局方》(以下简称《局方》)南宋续添方剂的影响。[方法] 通过史料考证，考察南宋《局方》续添与战乱在时间上的相关性；通过分析战争相关的方剂主治特色，探讨南宋方剂主治与战争变迁的关联；根据相关记录考察战乱对南宋《局方》使用和传播的影响。[结果] 《局方》与战争的发生及变迁密切相关，主要体现在南宋《局方》的续添时间、方剂内容、使用传播三个方面。《局方》共续添五次，在《局方》的编纂区间内，南宋共发生过五个时段的大规模战乱，续添时间与战争的时间完全契合；在相关方剂的主治上，两宋方剂异同与战争变迁相契合；战乱期间在南宋政府的支持下，《局方》在普通军民中实现了较大范围的使用和深入基层的传播。[结论] 南宋《局方》的续添行为、续添方剂内容及《局方》在南宋的传播均与战争密切相关，体现出战争对《局方》全方位的影响。 |

| [Objective] To explore the influence of war on the continued prescriptions of Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang (hereinafter referred to as Jufang) in the Southern Song Dynasty， from the perspective of the history of social medicine. [Methods] Through textual research on historical materials， it investigated the correlation between the compilation time and the war; by analyzing the characteristics of the prescriptions related to the war， it discussed the relationship between the prescriptions of the Southern Song Dynasty and the changes of the war; and explored the impact of the war on the use and dissemination of Jufang in the Southern Song Dynasty. [Results] Jufang was closely related to the occurrence and changes of the war， which was mainly reflected in three aspects， namely， the influence on the continuation time， the influence on the main treatment of the prescriptions， the scope of use and dissemination. Jufang had been expanded five times， within the compilation time frame of Jufang， there existed five time intervals of large-scale war in the Southern Song Dynasty. The times of these additions and wars exactly one-to-one corresponded; in terms of the main indications of the relevant prescriptions， the similarities and differences between the Northern Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty prescriptions coincided with the changes of the war. With the support of the Southern Song Dynasty government， Jufang was widely used by ordinary soldiers and civilians and spread to the local government during the war. [Conclusion] The behavior and content of Jufang expanding， and the spread of Jufang in the Southern Song Dynasty， were all closely related to the war， which reflected the all-round influence of war on Jufang. |
