| [目的] 探究《本草纲目》与《证类本草》两书的传承关系，分析李时珍在前代本草文献基础上所做的工作。[方法] 全面整理分析《本草纲目》草部正名来源，并与《证类本草》对比草部正名的演变。从正名入手，分析两书的传承关系与李时珍所做的改动工作。[结果] 《本草纲目》草部药除新增外，都能在《证类本草》中寻得，标注来源约98%取自《证类本草》，草部药正名约31%来自《证类本草》其他部，约53%来自《证类本草》草部。李时珍依据《证类本草》对草部药名的归类重新整理，进行移入、移出、合并、分出，并将其中一些药名进行了改动，例如异名变为正名，部位名变为整体名。[结论] 《本草纲目》以《证类本草》为重要参考文献，在此基础上纠正前代药品的混淆与错误，为药物选择更合适的名称，并且创建了独特的纲目体例。探究两者的传承关系，有助于了解《本草纲目》的成书过程，理解古代药物学的发展脉络，也为现代中药学提供了宝贵的历史参考。 |

| [Objective] To explore the inheritance relationship between Compendium of Materia Medica and Classified Materia Medica as well as LI Shizhen’s work on the basis of the previous materia medica literature. [Methods] The origin of the formal names of the grass part in Compendium of Materia Medica and the evolution of formal names of the grass part compared with Classified Materia Medica are comprehensively sorted out and analyzed. From the perspective of formal name， this paper analyzes the inheritance relationship between the two books and the changes made by LI Shizhen. [Results] All herbs in Compendium of Materia Medica can be found in Classified Materia Medica， except for the new additions. About 98% of the sources are from Classified Materia Medica. About 31% of the herbs’formal names are from other parts of Classified Materia Medica， and about 53% are from the grass parts of Classified Materia Medica. LI Shizhen reorganized the classification of herbs in Compendium of Materia Medica based on Classified Materia Medica， and moved in， moved out， merged， and separated them. He also changed some names of the herbs， such as changing some synonymy names to formal names， and part names to whole names. [Conclusion] Compendium of Materia Medica took Classified Materia Medica as an important reference. On this basis， it corrected the confusion and errors of the herbs， selected more appropriate names for the herbs， and created a unique compendium style. Exploring the inheritance relationship between the two was helpful to understand the process of the compilation of Compendium of Materia Medica， understand the development of ancient Chinese materia medica， and provide valuable historical references for modern Chinese medicine. |
