[目的] 探索新医科背景下中医药人才的综合竞争力培养体系,以应对新时代中医药文化的振兴和传承需求。[方法] 通过深入分析浙江中医药大学的教育实践,结合新医科理念,探讨结合理论与实践、专业与思政教育、传统与现代的中医药人才培养模式,采用案例分析、文献综述和比较研究等方法,对中医药人才综合竞争力培养体系进行分析。[结果] 浙江中医药大学以新医科为研究背景,经过近十年的探索实践,逐步形成了以提升中医药人才综合竞争力为目标,以“三大专业竞赛、三大文化节、三大教育阵地”为支点,以“五个课堂”为支撑,以“七大教育中心”为模块的“一三五七 多维多跨”中医药人才综合竞争力培养体系。通过实施该培养体系,学生的岗位胜任力、创新创业能力、职业认同力和组织领导力得到显著提升,具体体现在学生在国内外专业竞赛中的优异成绩,毕业生就业率和职业匹配度的显著提高以及在各级部门和医院担任行政职务的复合型中医药管理人才的不断涌现。[结论] “一三五七 多维多跨”的中医药人才培养体系能有效提升学生的综合竞争力,不仅有助于中医药文化的传承与创新,也符合国家对高等教育质量和高水平创新型人才培养的现实需求。建议进一步深化该培养模式,扩大其在国内同类院校的影响力,以培养更多具备高素质和创新能力的中医药卓越人才。 |

[Objective] To devise and refine an integrative competency development framework for Chinese medicine practitioners within the context of new medical era, aiming at catering to the exigencies of cultural revitalization and heritage continuity of traditional Chinese medicine in the contemporary epoch. [Methods] Employing a rigorous analysis of pedagogical implementations at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, in concert with the new medical era concept, this discourse delineates a hybrid model of talent cultivation that synergizes theoretical exposition with pragmatic application, and integrates professional training with ideological indoctrination, and analyzes the comprehensive competitiveness training system for traditional Chinese medicine talents through case analysis, literature review, and comparative research. [Results] Based on the research background of new medical era, Zhejiang Chinese Medical University has gradually formed a comprehensive competitiveness training system for traditional Chinese medicine talents through nearly ten years of exploration and practice, with the goal of enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine talents. The system is supported by “three major professional competitions, three major cultural festivals and three major educational platforms” “five classrooms” and “seven major education centers”modes. The strategic enactment of this educational framework has markedly augmented the competencies pertinent to professional roles, innovation, entrepreneurial ventures, identity affirmation and leadership within organizational contexts among the students. Evidentiary support includes their exemplary achievements in professional contests both domestically and internationally, significant elevation in employment and job congruence rates post-graduation, and the continuous emergence of multifaceted management professionals in traditional Chinese medicine across various administrative echelons. [Conclusion] The training system for traditional Chinese medicine talents in the context of the new medical era can effectively elevate the holistic competitiveness of students, facilitating not only the perpetuation and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine culture but also satisfying the governmental mandates for enhanced quality in higher education and cultivation of elite innovative talents. Recommendations advocate for the amplification and deepening of this educational model across analogous academic institutions to foster a broader cadre of highly skilled and innovative practitioners in traditional Chinese medicine. |
