| [目的] 对孤本医书《万氏纂要》的痘疹诊疗特色进行分析，以期为儿科学术研究及临床治疗猴痘提供借鉴与参考。[方法] 分析《万氏纂要》一书的成书经过、结构及内容来源，归纳总结《万氏纂要》在痘疹辨治方面的学术特点，同时分析该书中用方数量、选方特点以及所体现的学术思想，并探讨书中痘疹诊疗方法对于猴痘诊疗的借鉴意义。[结果] 孤本医书《万氏纂要》是明代医家徐之沂的著作，在万全《痘疹心法》的基础上重新编次修订，并旁参其他明代儿科医著，改用“顺险逆”三证分类法，指导痘疹从起发到落痂六个时期的辨治，增加了五运六气等内容，提炼归纳了典型医案，批判性继承和发展了万全的痘疹诊治理论和治法。该书注重顾护小儿元气，选方用药审慎严谨，增补了痘疹各期治疗的方剂及加减法，删减了峻猛攻下之药。[结论] 《万氏纂要》采用顺险逆三法对痘疹分期诊治进行了新的探索，充实、完善和发展了痘疹诊治的理法方药。该书阐论精晰，辨治准确，选方精当，学术特色鲜明，切合临床实际，不仅对研究明代儿科学术思想具有积极意义，对猴痘的临床诊治和预后判断亦有较大参考价值。 |

| [Objective] To examine the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of smallpox in Wanshi Zuanyao， with the intention of providing useful references for pediatric research and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of monkeypox with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). [Methods] This study examines the compilation process， structural organization and content sources of Wanshi Zuanyao， summarizes the academic characteristics of Wanshi Zuanyao concerning smallpox diagnosis and treatment， analyzes the quantity and characteristics of selected prescriptions， and explores the academic thoughts. Furthermore， the study discusses the reference value of Wanshi Zuanyao for monkeypox diagnosis and treatment. [Results] The unique copy of Wanshi Zuanyao was a pediatric work written by XU Zhiyi during the Ming Dynasty. Based on WAN Quan’s Douzhen Xinfa， it had been carefully revised， emphasizing essential elements while eliminating redundant contents. Moreover， it incorporated supplementary content from other notable pediatric works of the Ming Dynasty. The book introduced forward， dangerous， reverse three syndromes differentiation and six stages of treatment methods， incorporating five evolutive phases and six climatic factors， along with summarizing typical case studies. Critically inheriting WAN’s theories and practices for smallpox diagnosis and treatment， Wanshi Zuanyao demonstrated rigorous prescription selection criteria; modified or supplemented prescriptions for each stage of treatment， and prioritized the preservation of children’s primordial Qi by excluding medicines with strong side effects. [Conclusion] Wanshi Zuanyao introduced a new approach of three syndromes differentiation and six stages of treatment， thereby advancing the principles， methods and prescriptions in the diagnosis and treatment of smallpox. The book had distinct academic characteristics， offering a clear and precise exposition of theory， accurate syndrome differentiation， judicious selection of prescriptions， and closely aligning with clinical practice. It held significance not only for studying pediatric academic thoughts in the Ming Dynasty but also provided a reference for clinical diagnosis， treatment， and prognosis assessment of monkeypox. |
