| [目的]拓展升麻鳖甲汤的临床应用。[方法]通过分析临床运用升麻鳖甲汤治疗带状疱疹、慢性扁桃体炎、哮喘-鼻炎-荨麻疹的三则验案，总结升麻鳖甲汤异病同治的辨治要点。[结果]升麻鳖甲汤旨在从肝经血分中升散热毒、破结凉血、行血解毒，具有透邪外出的功效。三则病例均病程长，迁延不愈，均为肝经血分有热、热毒内伏，同属伏邪温病，升麻鳖甲汤方证对应，疗效显著。[结论]紧扣阴血亏虚、肝风痰瘀久郁的病机是拓展升麻鳖甲汤临床应用的关键，值得在临床上推广。 |

| [Objective] To expand the clinical application of Shengma Biejia decoction. [Methods] Through the analysis of clinical application of Shengma Biejia decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster, chronic tonsillitis and asthma-rhinitis-urticaria, the main points of same treatment for different diseases of Shengma Biejia decoction were summarized. [Results] Shengma Biejia decoction can ascend and disperse heat toxin from blood system of liver meridian, eliminate stagnation and cool blood, invigorate blood circulation and detoxification, as well as clearing away pathogen and toxin. Three medical cases had long and protracted course of disease, and all suffered from heat in blood system of liver meridian, internal heat toxin stasis, which belonged to warm disease caused by incubating pathogens. Shengma Biejia decoction corresponded to the syndrome type, and the curative effect was significant. [Conclusion] The key to expand the clinical application of Shengma Biejia decoction is closely related to the deficiency of Yin and blood, stagnation of liver wind and phlegm and blood stasis. The clinical experience is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
