| [Objective]From the perspective of five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes the location, etiology, pathogenicity, core pathogenesis,susceptible population and syndrome and treatment of the novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP), and understands the principle of Yunqi of the occurrence of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, so as to provide a useful reference for the current clinical diagnosis and treatment.[Method]Using the theory of five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors, the authors analyzed the location, etiology, pathogenicity, core pathogenesis and syndrome treatment of the NCP by analyzing the background of air transport, susceptible population and syndrome analysis of the NCP. [Results]The novel coronavirus pneumonia of the end of the year of 2019 belongs to the category of winter fever.The lung damage caused by heat, spleen and stomach weakness are the key factors of the lesions in the upper and lower parts of the body. Cold, cloudy, rain, fog and dew are the trigger factors in the surface.The disease is located in the lung and spleen, and there are cloudy, rainy, cold and wet on the surface, and the depression of the lung at the same time, which is a general epidemic disease of two factors, so the incidence of the novel coronavirus pneumonia is critical.Lung lesions are core disease, lung function disorders, the first can not regulate the channel, the second spleen can not transport water, so wet becomes the disease factor, so more clinical coating on the tongue.Tongue greasy coating is not necessarily， cold and wet evil directly hurt the spleen and stomach.Both fire poison and wet poison cause damage to the lungs and spleen.After lung and spleen injury, people cannot absorb air and food taste, and Qi and blood cannot be generated.Then the spirit of the Yingwei will become impassable, and form and spirit will be separated.There is heat injury to the lungs, leading to upper Jiao blocked,and medium and lower Jiao will produce moisture and evil concentration,and at last leading three Jiao confusion.The lungs cannot absorb the five Qi in the sky, and the spleen cannot absorb the five tastes in the earth,leading to spirit not born, Yingqi and Weiqi can not pass, viscera meridian impassable.The evil spirit takes advantage of a void to encroach on a nest, resulting in a critical condition.The treatment should be diathermy and clear lung to remove evil, strengthen the spleen and stomach to help healthy Qi, and to remove the pathogens from the surface and to clean damp evil, medication should be diathermy and clear and disperse and warm spleen and stomach, the basic prescription should be Zhuye Shigao decoction, Weijin decoction, Shengma Biejia decoction mainly.[Conclusion]The NCP is an epidemic disease caused by two factors.The principle of prevention and treatment should be based on clearing the heat of the lungs and strengthening the spleen and stomach,strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil,and removing exterior evil and clearing dampness. |
