| [目的]探析《医宗金鉴》四君子汤及其衍化方的临床运用。[方法]收集整理《医宗金鉴》中的四君子汤及其衍化方，对其临床运用范围及前贤用药特点进行分析探讨。[结果]《医宗金鉴》采古籍精粹教化后学，融医理治法分科阐明。治疗各类气虚证，先以四君子汤夯脾胃之气，再审证加味，虽方法多样但稳妥实用，为纂者呕心求索于历朝医著斟酌而成。四君子汤及其衍化方能助气血转盈、病势转安，广布于内、外、妇、儿多个篇章，涉及病种广泛，如脾胃病、中风、久疟、痰厥、外科溃疡后诸症、痈疽、带下病、妊娠病、幼科惊风、痘疹等。[结论]《医宗金鉴》中的四君子汤及其衍化方运用灵活，对治疗各类脾胃气虚证有显著疗效，有助于现代临床借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To analyze the clinical application of Sijunzi Decoction and its derived prescriptions in “Golden Mirror of Medicine”.[Methods]By collecting Sijunzi Decoction and its derived prescriptions in “Golden Mirror of Medicine”, the scope of clinical application and the medication characteristics of former doctors were furtherly analyzed and discussed.[Results] “Golden Mirror of Medicine” selected the essence of ancient medical books to educate latecomer,integrated principles and methods of treatment according to subjects. In treatment of various Qi deficiency syndromes, Sijunzi Decoction and its derived prescriptions were used to invigorate the Qi of spleen and stomach, followed by modificating according to symptoms. These modifications based on symptoms were various but practical, which was carefully considered by the author with reference to the medical books of the past dynasties.Sijunzi Decoction and its derived prescriptions were helpful to turn Qi and blood into surplus and turn the disease into better condition and were widely used in treatment of various Qi deficiency syndromes in Internal medicine, External medicine, Gynecology and Pediatrics, involving a wide range of diseases, such as spleen and stomach disease, stroke, chronic malaria, sputum, surgical ulcers, leukorrhagia, pregnancy, juvenile convulsions, exanthema variolous,etc. [Conclusion]Sijunzi Decoction and its derived prescriptions in “Golden Mirror of Medicine” is flexible in application and has significant effect on treating various types of Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome, which is helpful for modern clinical. |
