| [目的]总结夏永良老师治疗眩晕的临证特色及经验。[方法]通过跟师随诊及反复研读夏永良老师临证病案，选取柴胡温胆汤案、半夏白术天麻汤合苓桂术甘汤案、补中益气汤合桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤案以及桂枝茯苓丸合五苓散案，从病机、症候、方药等详述夏永良老师临证辨治眩晕的处方用药特色及经验。[结果]所选医案显示，夏永良老师论治眩晕，将其主要病因归结为“风”“火”“痰”“瘀”“虚”，但认为单一病邪为患见之甚少，多种病邪相兼屡见不鲜，或气郁风痰上扰，或脾虚湿浊为患，或气虚精血内竭，或血水互结内阻等，并分别治以行气解郁、化痰熄风，运脾化浊、通阳利饮，健脾益肾、补气升阳，活血利水、温经通络等法，疗效确切。[结论]夏永良老师临证以柴胡温胆汤、半夏白术天麻汤合苓桂术甘汤、补中益气汤合桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、桂枝茯苓丸合五苓散分型论治各类眩晕，辨证精准，疗效可观，值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical characteristics and experience of XIA Yongliang in treating vertigo. [Methods]Through follow-up with Teacher XIA and repeated study of Teacher XIA's clinical cases， selecting the cases of Chaihu Wendan decoction， Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction， Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Cinnamomum cassia and Longgu Muli decoction， Guizhi Fuling pills combined with Wuling powder， the prescription characteristics and experience of Teacher XIA's clinical identification and treatment of vertigo from the aspects of pathogenesis， symptoms， prescriptions， etc were elabarated.[Results] The selected cases show Teacher XIA’s discussion for the treatment of vertigo， the main causes of which is attributed to "wind""fire""phlegm""blood stasis"and "deficiency”. However， it is considered that the single disease evil is of uncommon occurrence， and many kinds of disease evils are common， such as Qi stagnation combined with wind-phlegm-disturbing， spleen deficiency and dampness， Qi deficiency and internal blood exhaustion， or internal obstruction of blood and water，etc. The respective treatments can be classified by promoting Qi circulation and resolving depression，dissolving phlegm and expelling wind; fortifying the spleen and removing turbidity， unblocking Yang and promoting urination; fortifying the spleen and invigorating kidney， supplementing Qi and raising Yang; invigorating blood circulation and promoting urination; warming the channels and unblocking the collaterals ，etc. All the cases received good effects. [Conclusion]Teacher XIA clinically treats various vertigo with Chaihu Wendan decoction， Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction， Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Cinnamomum cassia and Longgu Muli decoction， Guizhi Fuling pills combined with Wuling powder，by appropriate and accurate differentiation， with good curative effects， and worth reference. |
