| [目的]总结刘焰刚教授治疗膝骨关节炎的临床经验。[方法]以刘师临床治疗膝骨关节炎的验案为基础，总结刘教授分期治疗膝骨关节炎方法的内容、机理和具体操作方法，并以临床经典案例加以佐证。[结果]刘焰刚教授临床治疗膝骨关节炎时，首先根据患者症状、体征，分为急性期和非急性期。急性期治疗一般只使用颤法，非急性期又根据患者症状和膝关节X线表现分为4期:Ⅰ期手法“以点为主”，主要是按揉痛点为主，并使用膝关节总法；Ⅱ期手法“点线结合”，增加使用了推法、侧副韧带手法；Ⅲ期手法“点线面结合”，手法基本同Ⅱ期，但治疗范围增大；而Ⅳ期病情较重，推拿效果有限，建议手术。总的手法操作具有“点、线、面”各有侧重、“筋骨肉”并重的特点，该方法是目前首个分期治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗法。所举验案为膝骨关节炎Ⅱ期，运用“点线结合”的Ⅱ期推拿手法，温经活血、散瘀止痛、滑利关节，获得良好疗效。[结论]刘焰刚教授“点线面”结合法分期治疗膝骨关节炎，不同的分期，治疗手法不同，侧重点不同，更有针对性的临床治疗经验，方法独特，疗效显著，值得广大临床医师参考学习。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor LIU Yangang's clinical experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. In LIU’s teacher， on the basis of proven case in the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis， this paper mainly discussed the content， mechanism and methods of the therapy， the effect of which was proved by a case report attached.[Results]Professor LIU Yangang's clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis is divided into acute phase and non-acute phase. The non-acute phase is divided into four phases according to the patient's symptoms and the results of X-ray examination. Professor LIU suggests that doctors should concentrate on the muscles and bones equally and pay attention to the combination of point and plane when treating KOA patients. This therapy is the first method to treat KOA patients in stages at the moment. Professor LIU Yangang's clinical experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in stages is worthy of reference for clinicians. |
