| [目的]归纳总结程泾教授治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症的临证经验。[方法]整理程泾教授相关医案，从病理机制、中医病因病机和治疗经验等方面系统总结程泾教授治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症的临证经验，并附医案验证。[结果]程泾教授认为子宫内膜息肉的病机在于肝脾肾的功能紊乱，导致体内水液气血运行失衡，痰浊瘀血互结于胞宫成为癥瘕，引起子宫内膜息肉，致发不孕症。故程教授采取中西医结合综合治疗，更主张内外同治，采用宫腔镜诊治结合中药内服，同时联用中药灌肠及丹参注射液离子透入局部治疗，治疗期间始终配合中医周期疗法积极调经助孕。所举验案中患者辨为脾肾两虚、肝郁瘀阻证，予化瘀益宫汤结合灌肠和丹参注射液离子透入治疗，随症加减，患者停经48天后复诊确认妊娠，予安胎治疗，获得良效。[结论]对于子宫内膜息肉不孕症，程教授主张病证结合治疗，不仅利用现代医学宫腔镜诊疗，而且配合中药内服及局部治疗，改善宫腔环境，增加受孕机会，为中西医结合治疗提供了新的诊疗思路。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor CHENG Jing in treating infertility caused by endometrial polyp(EP). [Methods]By sorting out the relevant medical cases of Professor CHENG， the clinical experience in treating EP infertility was systematically summarized from the aspects of pathological mechanism， etiology and treatment experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)， and one medical case was attached as proof. [Results] Professor CHENG believes the pathogenesis of EP lies in the dysfunction of liver， spleen and kidney， which causes the imbalance of water and blood circulation in the body， and the abnormal accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis stagnated in the uterus， which in turn finally causes EP. Therefore， Professor CHENG adopts the integrated treatment of Chinese and western medicine， both with hysteroscopy and internal and external treatment. In order to reduce the recurrence rate， Professor CHENG recommends to take the TCM to treat EP infertility， at the same time， he tends to combine the local treatment of TCM enema and Danshen Injection penetration to reduce the recurrence rate. During the treatment period， the periodic therapy of TCM is adopted to actively regulate menstruation and aid pregnancy. The patient cited in the study was of spleen kidney deficiency， liver stagnation and stasis syndrome. The patient was treated with Huayu Yigong decoction combined with enema and Danshen Injection penetration. After 48 days of menopause， the pregnancy was confirmed. [Conclusion]Professor CHENG advocates the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation， using hysteroscopy technology in diagnosis and treatment， combined with oral administration of TCM and local treatment， to improve the uterine cavity environment， which could increase the chances of pregnancy and provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the treatment of EP infertility. |
