| [目的]观察龙氏正骨手法治疗老年性神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法]将符合纳排标准的180例老年性神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，每组各90例。龙氏手法组予龙氏正骨手法治疗，常规推拿组予传统推拿治疗，隔日1次，10次为1个疗程，疗程间隔3～5d，共治疗两个疗程。观察两组患者症状变化情况及疗效，并记录治疗前视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score，VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(the neck disability index，NDI)、颈椎病临床评价量表(clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis，CASCS)评分变化情况，并进行统计学比较。[结果]治疗后两组患者VAS、NDI、CASCS评分均较治疗前改善，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后两组间比较，龙氏手法组患者VAS、NDI、CASCS评分均较常规推拿组改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。龙氏手法组有效率为95.6%，常规推拿组有效率为75.6%，组间临床疗效比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。[结论]与常规推拿治疗比较，龙氏正骨手法能明显缓解老年性神经根型颈椎病患者的疼痛症状，改善功能活动，改变脊柱形态，提高生存质量，疗效显著。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of LONG's manipulation on senile cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.[Methods] One hundred and eighty cases of senile cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups， 90 cases in each. LONG's manipulation group was treated with LONG's manipulation， while conventional group was treated with traditional massage， once every other day， ten times as a course of treatment， the course of treatment interval was 3～5 days， all patients were treated for a total of two courses. The changes of symptoms in two groups were observed， the curative effect before and after treatment was recorded， as well as visual analogue score(VAS)， the neck disability index(NDI) and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS) scores.[Results] After treatment， the scores of VAS， NDI and CASCS in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of VAS， NDI and CASCS of LONG's manipulation group were improved compared with those in routine massage group(P＜0.05). The effective rate was 95.6% in LONG's manipulation group and 75.6% in routine massage group， the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).[Conclusion] LONG's manipulation can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the elderly， improve functional activities， change the shape of the spine， improve the quality of life， and have a significant effect. |
