      [目的]探讨短程正念认知疗法对新冠肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情中线上求助者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。[方法]选取COVID-19疫情中打进热线电话咨询且伴有焦虑抑郁情绪的99例求助者为研究对象,进行4周8次线上短程正念认知治疗。使用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)(17项)评估求助者治疗前后焦虑抑郁水平的改善程度,并对比不同程度焦虑抑郁求助者之间的治疗效果差异。用五因素正念度量表(five facet mindfulness questionaire,FFMQ)对治疗前后正念水平进行评价。[结果]4周8次的短程正念认知治疗后,求助者SAS表评分(43.47±5.67)分,SDS表评分(42.05±5.45)分,HAMA表评分(9.04±2.68)分,HAMD(17项)表评分(8.06±2.70)分,均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);焦虑抑郁程度越高者,经短程正念认知治疗后,改善越明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后FFMQ得分(111.75±7.23)分,明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]运用4周8次短程正念认知干预技术,可以有效降低COVID-19疫情中线上求助者的焦虑、抑郁水平。

      [Objective] To investigate the effect of short course mindfulness-based cognitive therapy(MBCT) on anxiety and depression of online help seeker during the coronavirus diseases 2019(COVID-19) epidemic.[Methods] A total of 99 help seekers with anxiety and depression who visited the hotline for counseling during the COVID-19 epidemic were selected as subjects to receive online short course of MBCT 8 times in 4 weeks. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS), Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)(17 items) were used to evaluate the degree of improvement of anxiety and depression level before and after treatment, and the treatment effect was compared among help seekers with different degrees of anxiety and depression. The level of mindfulness before and after treatment was evaluated using the five facet mindfulness questionaire(FFMQ). [Results] After 4 weeks of the short course, the scores of SAS(43.47±5.67), SDS(42.05±5.45), HAMA(9.04±2.68) and HAMD(8.06±2.70) were significantly lower than before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01). The higher the degree of anxiety and depression, the more significant the improvement was after therapy(P<0.01). The score of FFMQ after treatment(111.75±7.23) was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Eight times in 4 weeks short course of MBCT can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression levels of online help seekers during the COVID-19 epidemic.
