| [目的]探析连建伟教授辨治失眠的学术观点和临床经验，以期指导失眠的临床治疗。[方法]选择连教授治疗的不同证型失眠验案4则，结合平素跟师随诊的心得体会，详加按评，从病因病机、辨证重点、组方化裁、用药特色等方面探索连教授治疗失眠的特色和经验。[结果]连教授认为临床上失眠多见痰热扰心、肝郁脾虚、气滞血瘀、心脾亏虚4种证型，其辨证重点在于两手关脉之表现和舌质、舌苔之变化。临证治疗，连教授善于以经论为指导，应用历代名方，加减化裁，合而成方，熔数方于一炉，疗效显著。所选4则医案，分别代表上述4种证型。痰热扰心者治以化痰清热以安神，肝郁脾虚者治以疏肝健脾以安神，气滞血瘀者治以行气活血以安神，心脾亏虚者治以健脾养心以安神，均取得满意效果。[结论]连建伟教授辨治失眠，突出舌脉的辨证意义，并根据虚实之不同，随证论治，临床疗效颇佳，其学术观点和临床遣方用药经验值得借鉴和推广。 |

| [Objective] To explore Professor LIAN Jianwei's academic viewpoint and clinical experience in treating insomnia based on syndrome differentiation， so as to guide and enlighten the treatment of clinical insomnia. [Methods] Four cases of insomnia with different syndrome types treated by Professor LIAN were selected. Combined with the experience of following up teachers， the characteristics and experience of Professor LIAN in the treatment of insomnia were explored from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis， key points of syndrome differentiation， formula selection and medication characteristics.[Results] Professor LIAN thinks that there are four types of insomnia in clinic: Phlegm-heat disturbing the heart， depression of the liver and deficiency of the spleen， stagnation of liver Qi and blood stasis， deficiency of the heart and spleen. The key points of syndrome differentiation lie in the expression of the pulse and the changes of tongue texture and tongue coating. Professor LIAN treats insomnia under the guidance of classic theory， applying famous prescriptions of past dynasties， adding and subtracting them， combining them into a prescription， melting several prescriptions in one furnace， and the curative effect is remarkable. Four medical records were selected to represent the above-mentioned four types of syndromes. The patient with phlegm-heat disturbing the heart was treated with resolving phlegm and clearing away heat to tranquilize the mind， the patient with depression of the liver and deficiency of the spleen was treated with soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen to tranquilize the mind， the patient with stagnation of liver Qi and blood stasis was treated with promoting Qi and blood circulation to tranquilize the mind， and the patient with deficiency of the heart and spleen was invigorating the spleen and nourishing the heart to tranquilize the mind. [Conclusion]Professor LIAN Jianwei's treatment of insomnia highlights the differentiation of symptoms and signs of tongue and pulse， according to the difference of deficiency and excess， the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation， and the clinical curative effect is quite good， his academic point of view and clinical experience of prescription and medication are worthy of reference and promotion. |
