| [目的]探析“肝与大肠相通”的理论内涵及临床运用。[方法]以中医学相关文献和现代临床研究为理论基础，剖析脏腑别通中“肝与大肠相通”这一理论的深刻中医内涵，以及现代医学中此二脏腑的关联对应，并通过临床运用进一步阐释其实用性。[结果]“肝与大肠相通”的中医核心内容包含三焦别通关联、开阖枢气化相通、肝寄腑于大肠、大肠兼具金土双重属性、肝与大肠的功能影响五个层面。现代医学的肝肠轴和脑-肠轴理论也从微观角度进一步丰富和完善了这一理论的内涵，现代临床运用主要涉及肝脑系统疾病、胃肠系统疾病、其他疾病及针灸运用四大方面。[结论]“肝与大肠相通”理论内涵丰厚，肝脏寄腑于大肠，二者气化相通，在生理和病理方面相互影响；且临床运用具备实效性，可为肝脑、胃肠系统等疾病的诊治提供思路。 |

| [Objective] To explore the theoretical connotation and clinical application of the theory of “liver connected with the large intestine”. [Methods] Based on the relevant literatures of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and modern clinical research， the profound connotation of the theory of “liver connected with the large intestine” in the differentiation of organs was analyzed， and the correlation and correspondence of the two organs in modern medicine were analyzed， and its practicability was further explained by the application in clinical practice. [Results] The core content of the theory of “liver connected with the large intestine” includes five aspects: The two organs connecting via tri-Jiao， their function of Qi activities is interlinked， liver relying on the large intestine in some function， large intestine possessing dual attributes of gold and earth， and functional effects of the liver and large intestine. Furthermore， the theories of the liver-gut axis and brain-gut axis in modern medicine have enriched and complemented the connotation of this theory from the microcosmic point of view. Its clinical application mainly involves liver and brain system diseases， gastrointestinal system diseases， other diseases， and acupuncture applications. [Conclusion] The theory of “liver connected with the large intestine” has rich theoretical connotations， which includes the meaning of liver relying on the large intestine in some functions， their function of Qi activities is interlinked， and they interact in physiology and pathology. Furthermore， its clinical application is effective， which could provide perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic， cerebral and gastrointestinal diseases. |
