| [目的]补充《任应秋医学全集》中缺失的部分资料，探究任应秋与沈仲圭的学术交谊，分析《苏子瞻先生养生杂记》中7篇方论的价值。[方法]运用他校法对《任应秋医学全集》缺失的资料进行补充，考察并梳理外围资料以探究任应秋与沈仲圭两位学者的交际，以归纳的方式从《苏子瞻先生养生杂记》中提炼苏轼的养生学成就。[结果]沈仲圭《肺肾胃病研讨集》补充了《任应秋医学全集》缺失的《苏子瞻先生养生杂记》7篇方论，这与任应秋与沈仲圭之间密切的学术合作有关系。这7篇方论内容详实且考证精当，具有一定的临床指导意义，说明苏轼在养生领域具有很高的专业素养，同时也展现了任老在中医养生学方面深厚的治学造诣与独到的学术眼光。[结论]研究《苏子瞻先生养生杂记》中任老所写的别传及所附方论，对苏轼的医学成就和任老的学术旨趣都能有更加深入的认识。 |

| [Objective]To supplement part of the lost materials of “REN Yingqiu Medical Science Series”， research the academic relationship between REN Yingqiu and SHEN Zhonggui， and analyze the value of seven methodologies of “SU Zizhan Health Notes”.[Methods]Through supplementing the lost materials of the “REN Yingqiu Medical Science Series” by consulting authoritative books， this article researched the relationship between REN Yingqiu and SHEN Zhonggui by analyzing and processing external information and sorted SU Shi's achievements in health preserving from “SU Zizhan Health Notes” by conclusion. [Results]SHEN Zhonggui's “Research and Discussion Set of Lung， Kidney and Stomach Disease” supplemented the lost seven methodologies of “SU Zizhan Health Notes”in “REN Yingqiu Medical Science Series”， which had relationship with the close academic cooperation between REN Yingqiu and SHEN Zhonggui. The seven methodologies had full and accurate contents and used precise and proper ways to research and verify. They possessed certain clinical significance and showed SU Shi's high professionalism in health preserving. At the same time， they also reflected REN Yingqiu's profound academic achievement and unique scholarly insight in science of health preserving of TCM.[Conclusion]By studying the special biography written by Professor REN Yingqiu in “SU Zizhan Health Notes” as well as the attached methodology， it can lead to a further understanding of SU Shi's medical achievements and Professor REN's academic purport. |
