| [目的]梳理张仲景运用牡蛎的学术特色，为当今学者深入研究中医经典、熟谙经方配伍用药规律、扩大经方的临床应用提供思路。[方法]基于《神农本草经》(以下简称《本经》)《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》原文，从尊经应用，拓展应用以及仲景未用、后世发挥三个维度，详实梳理仲景运用牡蛎的学术特色。[结果]《本经》中牡蛎“治疗惊恚怒气……杀邪鬼”“主伤寒寒热，温疟洒洒”“鼠瘘”等功效可从仲景方证中得到真实印证，仲景还从滋阴清热治口渴、固肾涩精治遗精、利湿逐水治水肿等方面对牡蛎功效进行拓展，但是《本经》中牡蛎“治疗女子带下赤白”“除拘缓”“久服强骨节”的功效在《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中未有体现，后世医家对此进行了实践应用。[结论]《本经》为仲景用药之渊源，在研究经方或《本经》时，如能将二者互相印证、彼此对勘，就能加深对经方及《本经》原文的理解，这对于临床辨证用药非常具有指导意义，足资后学领悟实践。 |

| [Objective]To sort out the academic characteristics of ZHANG Zhongjing in using the oyster， and provide the ideas for the today's scholars studying the classics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in depth， getting familiar with the law of compatibility of the classical prescriptions，and expanding the clinical application.[Methods] Based on the original text of “Shennong Classic of Materia Medica”“Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and“Synopsis of Golden Chamber”， from three application dimensions of respecting the classics， ZHANG Zhongjing's expanding and later scholar extending，this paper teased out ZHANG Zhongjing's academic characteristics in using the oyster in detail. [Results]In“Shennong Classic of Materia Medica”， the efficacy of oysters included “healing angry and panic， fighting against the pathogenic evils”“treating the cold damage， malaria and rat fistula”， which were approved with the application of classical prescriptions.ZHANG Zhongjing also expanded the effect of the oyster from treating the thirst by nourishing Yin and clearing the heat， treating spermatorrhea by strengthening the kidney and astringing essence and treating edema by draining dampness.In addition，for the efficacy of oyster described in“Shennong Classic of Materia Medica”， such as “treating women's vaginal discharge”“relieving the cramp and tightness” and “strengthening the bones through long term using”，which weren't discussed in“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”and“Synopsis of Golden Chamber”， have been applied to practical application by later scholars. [Conclusion]“Shennong Classic of Materia Medica”was the origin of ZHANG Zhongjing's prescriptions， in the study of classical prescriptions and“Shennong Classic of Materia Medica”， if they can be verified or compared with each other， the understanding of the prescription and the original text of “Shennong Classic of Materia Medica” can be deepened， which is of great guiding significance for the clinical application and is enough for today's scholars apprehending the practice. |
