| [目的] 构建敏感度和特异度俱佳的系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE)中医药疗效预测模型。[方法] 从中医药治疗SLE的个性化治疗特色出发，拟通过SLE中医疗效评价体系、统计学数学模型工具选择和现代组学技术，多维度探讨SLE中医药疗效预测模型构建的思路和方法。[结果] 针对SLE的疗效评价不科学且目前缺乏疗效预测工具的问题，利用临床信息资源库和多组学技术，并结合机器学习等数据分析方法，建立相关疗效预测模型，将有利于创建SLE中西医结合精准治疗模式。[结论] 病证结合、态靶结合是构建SLE疗效预测模型的可行思路，该思路能够为中医药在SLE中的科学化、合理化运用提供一定的价值。 |

| [Objective] To construct a predictive model of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) efficacy for systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) with good sensitivity and specificity. [Methods] Based on the personalized treatment characteristics of TCM in treating SLE， this paper intended to explore the ideas and methods of TCM curative effect predictive model construction from the perspective of SLE TCM curative effect evaluation system， statistical mathematical model tool selection and modern omics technology.[Results] In view of the unscientific evaluation of the curative effect of SLE and the lack of curative effect prediction tools at present， through using clinical information resource database and multi-omics technology， combined with machine learning and other data analysis methods， the establishment of relevant curative effect predictive models will be conducive to the creation of SLE integrated Chinese and western medicine precision treatment mode.[Conclusion] The combination of disease and syndrome and combination of state and target is an effective idea to construct the efficacy predictive model of SLE， which provides certain value for the scientific and rational application of TCM in SLE. |
