      [目的] 推进来华留学生思想教育,培养“知华、友华、爱华”的国际人才,助力新时代教育对外开放事业。[方法] 分析来华留学生思想教育现状,指出来华留学生思想教育存在教育目标未明确、教育内容待深入、教育队伍需扩大等的问题。基于“三全育人”理论,在构建人类命运共同体的视角下改进现有的教育管理模式。[结果] 浙江中医药大学从健全制度、优化课程、深化实践、融合文化四方面入手,形成了既符合思想教育一般规律,又具有留学生教育特色的“四位一体”教学管理模式,并应用于来华医学留学生思想教育实践。将“四位一体”模式运用到推进医学留学生思想教育“三全育人”综合改革中,形成了一体化育人工作格局,不断完善教育管理体制机制,不断提升管理能力,获得了较高满意度。留学生规模逐步扩大,生源质量稳步提升;以素质教育促进留学生全面发展的目标基本实现,留学生医学专业技能、跨文化适应能力和人文素养相应提升,毕业生获得较高行业认可度。[结论] “四位一体”育人模式关注来华医学留学生的特殊性,聚焦育人目标,拓展了来华留学生思想教育的广度和深度,提升了育人成效,促进了来华留学生综合素质的全面发展。

      [Objective] To promote the ideological education of international students in China, cultivate international talents with knowledge of China, friendship, and love for China, and accelerate the education opening-up in the new era. [Methods] This paper summarized the current situation of international students‘ ideological education, analyzing the existing problems, such as uncertainty in teaching goals, necessity of modification and refinement in educational contents, and expansion demands in educational faculty. From the perspective of the “three-wide” education theory, built a global community of shared future to improve the current management. [Results] Zhejiang Chinese Medical University has formed “four-in-one” education mode from the aspects of perfecting the education system, optimizing the curriculum, deepening practice and integrating culture, which not only conforms to the general law of ideological education, but also has the characteristics of international students‘ education, and has put it into application to the ideological education of international medical students. The “four-in-one” mode has been adopted to promote the comprehensive reform of the “three-wide” education in ideological education for medical international students, and has contributed to effectiveness. The management system and service capability have been constantly improved with high satisfaction from students. The number and quality of international students have increased significantly. Moreover, professional skills, inter-cultural adaptability and humanistic quality of international students have corresponding increase, which consequently enabled graduates winning better industry recognition. [Conclusion] The “four-in-one” education mode focused on the particularity of medical international students as well as the goal of education, expanded the breadth and depth of ideological education of international students in China, and improved the effect of education, promoted the comprehensive international education quality.
